Over priced, nasty employees and food is not consistent. I used to love this place until I started to experience with most on here are saying. Please know whatever beef you order in here you’re getting roast beef. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak over the summer and when I called to see if it was tender steak, the woman told me it’s roast beef chopped up then why does the menu say ribeye? False advertisement.
Next order and I’ll show you pictures. I get a special prime rib sandwich. I call about it to inquire & She tells me it’s def prime rib. $25 for the sandwich I’m in the mood for it so I order it for pick up and You’ll see in the pictures, It’s not prime rib. It’s roast beef! All they do is add truffle onions etc and call it prime rib. I call up and the employees are arguing with you. Very nasty unprofessional. I leave a message for the owner I speak to him, He was overly nice…I had hope, I mention all of my grievances the prime rib sandwich I send him pictures via text. I let him know about the Philly cheese steak & the menu says rib eye but employees say roast beef and he said well Philly cheesesteak is chopped meats..so. I said but your menu says a particular cut and it’s not?! It says rib eye.
He Offered me a gift card, takes my information. And Never sends me a gift card. Or an explanation as to what happened. I write him again and he writes back that it was prime rib but not executed properly but still no gift card sent… way too expensive to just be buying roast beef and calling it special sandwiches.. In addition no consistency and you’re dealing with attitudes & incompetence here. Nothing over the top at Roast to be loyal anymore that I need to run back too, so I’m done. The owner should really get more involved as it is a great concept but there is no good customer service, the prices do not reflect the quality and care of food and false advertising on sandwiches.

I’ve been going to this place since it opened and the sandwiches have always been very fresh. The ingredients are usually made in house and made to order their special sandwiches are really amazing and are definitely worth a try anytime you’re in the neighborhood.

Checked out this sandwich shop during lunchtime whilst on a US trip from UK with work colleagues. Very friendly welcome upon arrival and a huge selection of options to choose from. Picked the classic tuna sandwich toasted, with a side of fries and a drink. Very reasonable prices and all freshly made. Really liked the way the sandwiches came out in a small meal tray allowing you to keep everyone together, may have to try that at home! Highly recommend.

I haven’t been here in years but I came back to see if it was still good. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the 5 stars this time. The roast beef melt was dry and lacked flavor. I aldo remember the bread being better. The sweet potato tater tots were lovely. The tomato bisque sucked. Not as good as I remember overall.

The Grilled Chicken Panini came out good and hot. The chicken was moist and tasty, and I waited no more than 10 minutes for my order. I will order ahead next time.
I did not like the Eggplant Burrata Caprese because the eggplant was dry.
The lavender lemonade was refreshing on ice.
The cashier was friendly, too.

Such a convenient shop for sandwiches, soups and salads! The meat is slow roasted in house and it’s delicious. They have seasonal and weekly specials which keeps the menu ever-changing, along with their traditional choices. We love the pick 2 option, which is what is pictured below. The guava lemonade is a must try!!

The roast beef sandwich blew me away. It was so good!! I got the full sandwich, a side of sweet potato tots, and a can of Ollie pop and it all came out to $28, which is a bit pricey fly a take out lunch, so it’s not an every week treat unfortunately.

I’m kind of disappointed this time. Used to love to get the bbq chicken salad, but they changed it completely. Used to be super fresh spring mix greens and nice fresh grilled chicken, now it’s just a bunch of cold shredded lettuce with even colder chicken. It’s too bad cause only the price seems to go up but the quality went down. I don’t live close anymore so I went out of my way to get it but not sure I’m coming back.

Wait was a bit too long for my to-go grilled cheese to come out not even a little toasted. The tomato soup was good but the half sandwich combo was not worth the $12. I cannot recommend the two slices of unmelted cheese on barely warm bread. I had a chicken sandwich there recently that was good so hoped the best for this one. What a let down.
