Had a fantastic meal here with my daughter and her son’s (my two youngest grandkids, 3 and 1 1/2, so busy ages)! Our waitress was phenomenal! I gave Celiacs, so I have to eat Gluten free always. She understood what I could order and took care of all of us quickly and efficiently and even brought fries to the table for the littles right away, to keep them happy and full!

My first time at this place. Brought by a local family member. The service was awesome! The food choices…great! I went with the American Scramble and it was exactly what I wanted! Tasted great. The rest of our group was very satisfied with their choices as well. I hope to come back on our next visit!

Ordered Takeout for Meat Lover Omelet and Crepe Topped with Butter & Powder Sugar (both in picture)
The food review was mostly from eating the crepe but I did try the omelet a bit. The omelet was tasty like a regular omelet, nicely seasoned with the potatoes and the bread that came with it.
I love the crepe. I usually like a chocolate covered crepe but this works as well. I recommend it!
Service is very good and professional in the takeout area. The person taking care of that section was friendly and at the same time, very fast on getting people through with their takeout orders.

Great family owned business. Get there early because they only serve breakfast and lunch. They are masters of their craft. They have an extensive breakfast menu with delicious items. I’ve eaten breakfast on many occasions here, I decided to try the lunch menu today. Everything looks delicious. My waitress Leah was super friendly and even surprised me by ordering a wrap for me, thanks Leah! There are plenty of items to choose from, stop by and give them a try.

5.27.24 free street park or the small side parking lot. You enter through one door and exit via the second door. We were greeted right away, and even though today was a holiday, we got seated quickly. Coffee was served hot and fast. My farmer’s omelete was awesome, but the best part of my meal was the raisin bread. It was like having dessert for breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our breakfast and would definitely come back.

Uncle Bob’s for breakfast was great!! Unassuming place and nothing fancy inside… but the food was really good and the service was super friendly. Had 2 scrambled eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, home fries, French toast and a pancake for their big breakfast menu item. French toast was velvety smooth, pancake was light and fluffy, all other items cooked to order. Can easily recommend Uncle Bob’s for breakfast.

Extremely busy during breakfast. The food is very good. The service is out of this world. Carmelo and Riley ran the room with speed and efficiency. Two of the hardest working servers I have ever seen. Our omelet and sandwich were on our table within minutes of ordering.Definitely stopping by again. Can’t wait to try the dinner menu.

I’ve lived in Plainville almost 10 years now and I had never tried Uncle Bob’s. I’d driven by it many times. Today I decided to treat myself to a solo breakfast after some errands. Uncle Bob’s Ham and Eggers did not disappoint. Excellent service! I feel I can’t state that enough – my waitress was like a mind reader. I barely had to wait for anything. The food was out in a jiffy. And it was so satisfying. I intend to come back again soon to try more dishes. Pictured: California Benedict with a side of Canadian bacon.

Stopped for lunch one day. Had a burger and my wife had a chicken sandwich. I liked the burger. It was cooked how I ordered and was flavorful. The meat might be spiced a little bit it was good. You could actually taste it. So many chain store burgers have absolutely no taste at all. My wife did not like her chicken. It was just one very thin piece on a roll. Wait staff served food but that was pretty much it. I would come back but my wife wouldn’t.
