This was my first time to Fuddruckers and I didn’t know what to expect. The food was great! I was most impressed with the fact that the burger was cooked EXACTLY as I liked and ordered it. (A restaurant first for me in a long time!)
The time from order to pick up was amazing. I popped in for lunch and the timeliness of the order made for a quick bite that was satisfying on all accounts. The toppings bar is a great way to build up your base. All ingredients where fresh and crisp.
The restaurant was very clean (bathrooms as well), and the staff polite.
Overall I was most delighted and will return.

When we go anywhere we look for Fuddruckers, and this one didn’t disappoint. Restaurant was super clean and we were there at opening and they were quick with our burgers. Topping bar was fresh and fully stocked and everything looked appetizing. Fries were cooked right and even though the burgers were more medium well than the well we ordered, they were juicy. I’d probably order medium rare if I came again to get it right. Little sad this one isn’t like the one I grew up by that had baked goods, but it’s not a deal breaker.

The burgers were well prepared, and tasted better than more expensive local restaurants. Our food arrived quickly, and there is a nice condiment bar with fresh tomatoes, onions, jalapeño so etc. They staff were helpful when we ordered. Also, there staff that get you refills on your drinks, or anything else you may need. They even offered to go cups. Great place, great value!

Delicious burgers at a great price. You get your burger without any toppings, and then head to a salad bar style area to add your own toppings, this way you get exactly what you want. Tons of parking, even during the lunch rush. Restaurant is ckean, and staff are friendly. Definitely worth checking out!

This is my first experience at Fuddruckers. The staff members are very courteous and attentive. The food is average to poor for the price. The soda tastes slightly like tonic water. For higher end burger restaurant, I would recommend Red Robin or Five Guys.

I love,this place, the burgers are juicy, you get to put on your own toppings. You order at the counter and when your burger is ready you pick it up with the delicious fries and a cup for soda. Some of the tables are really neat and the cost is reasonable.

When I lived in Georgia, this was my favorite hamburger chain. I was really excited when I found out that one had opened up here. I went there around 8 on a Friday and the place was dead, 1 other table. Placed my order, which came out in a reasonable time (mostly, see below), except that the burger was cooked closer to Well than the Medium I had ordered. What was missing were the onion rings. The man who put my burger out (who turned out to be the manager) said they’d be right up and he’d bring them out to me. Well, I finished my burger, and the onion rings still weren’t out. I tracked the fellow down and as I approached he asked “Was I supposed to bring you something? Oh yeah, I’ll have them right over.” And he did bring them over suspiciously quick. I asked if this was a fresh batch, or my onion rings from 20 minutes ago that had been sitting under a heat lamp the whole time. He promised they were fresh. One bite later, they obviously were not.
To boot, I suppose because it was so slow (yet still 2 hours before their closing time) they decided to start clean up early. Which meant that for the majority of my meal, I had to put up with someone vacuuming.

Awesome burgers and service! I recommend the Bourbon Burger. The Fuddruckers Sweet Cherry Cream Soda is awesome. They also have a few different bottled beers to choose from.

Great food, fantastic service, good atmosphere. One of my favorite places to eat in Madison for a reason. Best Hot dogs in town! Definitely worth a try if you have the time.
