Great experience today. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. My server’s name was Debra C (per receipt). She checked on me just the right amount of times and anticipated my needs. She didn’t hesitate when I asked for extra cream. I definitely felt well cared for here and appreciated the excellent service. I will be back!

Arrived right before noon, took 15 minutes to receive the ordered milkshake and another 30 minutes for the food which was incorrect. On a Sunday of course it’s busy which needs to be addressed accordingly, obviously it was not. Not a 5* place where you expect to wait that long for food, meanwhile my dog is baking in the heat. Completely unacceptable. Both orders were messed up. That waitress according to her job is to double check orders not grab, go place without checking it especially when it’s a special order. No apologies from her. Got my husband’s to go, refused my order.Their version of sausage was bratwurst and was burnt. Inedible and disgusting. Waste of $30 and over an hour. Hardee’s next door was better and correct.

That was the worst my experience in perkins. We were waiting for our food for at least 40 minutes. And as you know they have a half capacity right now. So it wasn’t like crowded or something. Why it took so long we don’t know. Then the meat was burned.
I liked my banana cream pie.
I hope you will improve your service. It is very important that people want to come back to your restaurant.

I’ve had better turkey dinners but was craving some comfort food tonight. The mashed potatoes were delicious but the stuffing was salty. Broccoli was steamed perfectly.

I hadn’t been here in a LONG LONG time, but we decided to stop here while on the road. I got crispy chicken tenders with mashed potatoes & broccoli. I could tell after my first bite of mashed potatoes that they were flakes. Everything else on the plate was fine. It was free pie Monday, so my family all got pie. I had the French Silk. It was tasty. I am not a huge Perkins fan, but this place was alright for the night.

Stuffed myself. Brandon was my waiter and he was spot on with answers to the questions i had, and with the coffee.
Wish Perkins had more locations in other parts of the country. They get scarce south of I-80.

I don’t know what happened to the rest of my review. I complimented Brandon yes, but the rest of this post honored the service I received from Ashley and noted the quelling us to the restaurant.
I mentioned Jackson’s name as well since he was the manager that was on duty when I was there.
I feel this place has a wonderful compliment of staff. When I returned yesterday I had M as my waitress and it seems each time I frequent this place I get better service and I was extremely satisfied with Brandon on my 1st visit.
Whatever you do Perkins, please keep whoever hires your staff on your payroll.
And do what you can to hang on to this staff.
You’re clean restaurant and great menu would not be as effective without them.

Our waitress was Debra(not sure I’m spelling that right) but she made our trip feel like a homemade dinner at grandmas house. She made us feel welcome and often checked on us. Her service was so amazing. Hayley sat us and she was super nice as well! Thanks Perkins for the awesome experience!
