Unfortunately this is not the first bad experience i’ve had with this particular jacks. My husband and i were here last Sunday for breakfast before church . Honestly there isn’t much to say other than the fact i’m glad I did not feed this to my kid. It was frozen solid in the middle but also absolutely Raw! Something should be done about this asap. Inexcusable even if you are busy !

I went through the drive through for a 2 piece chicken dinner and after paying was asked to pull forward even though there was no one behind me so I did. I assumed they were finishing cooking chicken and waited 15 minutes. I finally called them and told them I was still waiting on my order and the lady that answered told me my order and then hung up on me. When they first opened service, food and everything was great but probably won’t go there again.

I had an appointment in the area so I stopped here for breakfast. I ordered the special. Biscuit and gravy, grits, scrambled eggs, and bacon. The gravy had a surprisingly better taste than Hardee’s gravy. The grits were cooked perfectly with not too much butter. The bacon was crisp. It was all good. I ordered a biscuit and gravy to go, but then I saw that it was loose in the tray. I forgot that they don’t put their gravy in a separate container. I wanted it for tomorrow, but it would be mush by then. If you don’t keep the container flat or even, it becomes a big mess.

30+ minutes in a drive thru window line for a breakfast sandwich is CRAZY. Yes, I should have just driven away but I honestly wanted to see how long I’d have to wait. Line around the building. Customers upset. Staff inside laughing and joking…standing with hands on their hips. Then to top it off, my son’s order was wrong. Do better Hwy 43 Jack’s!
