I can’t say for all Panda Expresses that I’ve visited was as clean as this one in particular..Myself & my daughter come to this location for v that reason alone but the customer service we received from Soledad & Wendy was very commendable. What was impressive is that we didn’t want any of the food that was already it. It was cold, windy outside & we were very hungry we both hadn’t ate for the day as of yet. We told Soledad that we didn’t want any of the food that was out. Wendy was actually about to go on her break. It took them literally 15 min for FRESH, HOT & CRISPY FOOD(U def. It was definitely worth the wait

Dave at Panda Express was incredible! He was so helpful, had such a great attitude, and genuinely made the whole experience fun. It’s not every day you come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do and goes out of their way to make customers feel welcome. We were there at 5:30 yesterday. Half the food was empty, chow mein was almost empty and all cabbage only and the male server was still trying to give that, 6 minute wait for fresh so I said I would wait, as did the next 4 people behind me. It showed that they hadn’t started any till then. Sesame chicken, string bean chicken, teriyaki chicken empty. Beijing Beef almost empty. Rangoon 3 left.
The female took our order and set aside the boxes till food was refilled. I had asked and and wrote on the back for half fried rice and half chow mein. I watched a side filled one box with all rice and one with all chow mein. I walked over and asked if that was my order and she said yes. I told her, I asked for half and half. She then scopped rice on top of the cow mein. I said “the other one too please” she snapped back “I did both in that one (opened the box) see” it was all rice. She then just put the chow mein on top of the rice.
She finished the boxes and handed them to the male who put it in a bag. I asked “are you going to put the chicken teriyaki in there?” She again rudely snapped at the male and said does it say chicken teriyaki? He looked and told her yes. She huffed and then finished my order.
Thankfully, I was watching her or my complete order would have been wrong.
This is our go to location for Panda and usually good. This was the worst service we have had here.

My favorite Panda Express location in the metro. Not to start any competition, but this location is way better than the Oak Park location. Ahmed and Mica are top notch and did everything good that someone who works in the service/hospitality field should do. They welcomed me in and gave me a sample of the new beef and shrimp entree and it was delightful. I love this place.

A fairly busy Panda Express. I like to order the plate with no rice or chow mein but get the veggies instead. I asked the guy how long the veggies have been sitting there and he offered to recook them or make new ones right away. Pretty friendly place and with steak and all it was like 12 bucks.
