I’ve been stopping by this Subway for over a year now and it has helped me grab some food and snacks for my kids on the way home. The owner already knows what we like to order and is a very caring person who goes above and beyond for the customer service. Good location and easy parking which is a plus!

Very disappointed with the guy working in this subway, you had no line, you had no one in your store, you were just sitting there on your phone! but as soon as you saw the defenseless homeless gentleman that just briefly sat down outside the establishment, you took it upon yourself to get angry and yell at him to leave!! Did you not see how bad his leg was? Maybe he was resting due to pain? why didn’t you offer him some food? Perhaps he hasn’t ate and was hungry, I would have gladly bought him the sandwich, I gave him money earlier and went to buy him a change of clothes that I wanted to give to him but you decided to scared him away and wouldn’t take them from me We need to be more kind and loving to one another!! Do better sir!!

Literally horrible experience and I was overcharged for what was supposed to be a $20 meal, instead was charged $25 and given not what I had asked for and a sad sandwich. I was not given my receipt so I couldn’t see a breakdown of what I was charged.

This is the WORST Subway I have ever been to, period! The clerk was stocking the soda cabinet out a garbage can he used to carry sodas from the back. Then, I went to pay and the guy told me they don’t honor the Subway coupons. What? Not to mention the bread was stale and the produce was certainly not fresh. Don’t waste your time here and take a minute go to another local Subway that appreciates your business.

Asked for a the special of the day as all the subways and the aparently owner just moved his head and said “no”. Well I proceed to buy a turkey bacon avocado wrap and when I notice it there was not even have a bit of avocado. When I was outside eating on the outdoor tables, came out and try to throw away the food I was eating just to take the basket mind you I haven’t finish my meal. I said dont take it I have not finished! He reply: “I’m just trying to help”. Honestly this place is a joke. If there was a no star rate definitely he deserve it.

If you use a coupon, they will not make a sandwich for you. Or I can kindly put they do not accept coupons. Regardless, I live a block away and in the mail I receive Subway coupons don’t give out coupons if you don’t accept coupons.

If I could give this place zero stars I would today I went in to pick up my mobile order and after I specifically put in the mobile order that I needed it double toasted because I could not have raw deli meat due to my pregnancy they refused to do so, and wanted to charge me for the service The manager was very rude and screaming at me. I worked for Subway for six years and this is not the kind of customer service that they should be giving to their customer, awful establishment and even worse people that work here.

Went here yesterday after my son begged me to stop there. I was overcharged. Reading other reviews apparently this is normal. I was charged for cheese that I asked to be put on my meatball sub. I was charged for extra cheese for the pizza I ordered. I brought this up after seeing the receipt and the guy said “Oh that’s how I do it.” I said cheese pizza is supposed be $6.75″. You charged me for a veggie pizza and extra cheese. I pointed to the sign that had the price and he fought me on it. I said, “that’s false advertising.” He said “well you saw me put extra cheese.” I said, “yeah but I didn’t ask for it.” He finally refunded me the money but it was a fight.

Never been a fan of this location, it’s a little messy and they seem to skimp on ingredients.
FYI, if you use a coupon, they won’t charge you the $3.50 price of the sub of the day. Owner explains “everywhere you go, Macy’s, anywhere, they never let you use a coupon plus a sale price. They will charge you the non sale price.” That hasn’t been my experience elsewhere, but ok.
