Firehouse in Dublin was very disappointing. Had to call three times to get order placed. Spent another 10 minutes waiting in the store. Sandwiches were good, but not worth the wait.

So I go to Firehouse Subs all the time in different areas across the South. This location has to be the worst I’ve ever been to in 15 years of enjoying Firehouse Subs. I called ahead to make a pickup order, waited 10 minutes on hold before I hung up. I called back only to be put on hold again and finally I just went up there. When I got there I walked in and not only were there no customers but there was two workers sitting at a table on their phones. Ordered my sandwiches with extra onions and instead none came on it. But the worst was the fact that the meat wasnt even shredded. so I got back to camp and just started laughing at the quality…just look at the pic lol. If I hadn’t been 35 minutes away I would have taken it back.
