We had the 2 smash Combos coupon
*They were not good at all.
*Fries, tasted like cardboard.
*Meat was hard & dry
* Root beer soda was the best out of the meal this time.

Check your receipt! They charge more than the posted prices on their menus. They’re continuously just overcharging everyone and when you tell them they won’t honor their own pricing.

Short lady when with badly applied purple lipstick was rude. I was missing multiple items from my order and politely asked her remake my iced coffee since it had no ice in it. She then yelled it’s not her fault (I never blamed her). She then proceeded to make my coffee and asked me if I wanted ice in it (ironic). She then said “why would I remake your coffee and you already drank it.
The funny part is that I brought my two coffees in with the straws still in the plastic. So I did t drink my coffee. She was very argumentative and flat out incompetent and unable to comprehend what I was trying to explain to her.
My French stick platter combos had no French toast sticks in it or sausage and they were arguing with me as if it was my fault that the order was incorrect. Take accountability and stop being so defensive and humble yourself. I wasn’t upset that the order was wrong. I was upset because they were rude and defensive and blamed me. Customer service goes a long way. So I’ll never return to this location because of those two ladies who were rude.
The other lady with the blond brown hair was very sweet to me though.

We ordered take out and when we got there it was closed at 9pm, when hours posted until 10pm. We had to go thru the long line on drive thru wasting more time with people that need to go in for takeout as well. Either respect the hours or change them for your location MANAGER! We would’ve gone to in n out instead if we hadn’t placed our order for take out online within business hours.
