Not clean at 1130am tables were nasty n so was the floor. Food was clearly in the warmer to long my shell for my wrap was hard n dry. Won’t be going back to this Arby’s.

All I can say is Shirley Schwartz is greatly missed. Another place you walk into and nobody acknowledges your existence and when they do, you’d rather they didn’t.
This fine day there was clearly a new person struggling to get the order together, remembering what all went into the bag while Ms. Rude on her headset walked right in front of him and put food in a bag to where he asked is that for me and she said “No, I’m just getting my order”. Well, I’ve actually worked there before and she took my sandwich for the drive through after seeing me wait for it before and then had to go call the guy from outside to make another sandwich. Never one time did she say anything to me, maybe all the makeup is blurring her vision. Snarky, I know!

Instead of listening front of store kid corrected me on what I wanted and doubled the meat on my reuben. $3 increase on the price for something I was trying to refuse. Ended up being a grossly sized and slimy sandwich.
I wish I had asked him why it’s not possible to just make a reuben and not double the meat? Partially my fault for not being more stern and clear I did not want double meat. You’d think just saying it once would be enough.

It was overall not a terrible visit. There were several tables that were dirty so ended up sitting in a table that was the 4th one we went to. Food was at least warm

Ordered a number 2 meal. The bun was burnt and a bug was in my tea. (All my tea went down the drain) First bad experience with Arby’s and it’s really disappointing. I won’t be back.

The gentleman Billy who took my order took the time to made sure he got my order right since there was a lot of modifications ( im picky lol) fries were fresh and hot and all the sandwiches were perfect. Hope the team sees this and knows they did a great job tonight!!

Update 4/26/24.
Food and service really suck today, which is unusual. My server is for lack of words, not cut out for fast food. A trash truck would better be suited for him in my opinion. He didn’t listen to what we was ordering, he messed up our order, we had to reorder food that was missing.

The food was coldAnd was missing components of the meal. Chicken bacon Swiss had no bacon and was cold, not just not hot, it was really cold. Tried calling the store but they wouldn’t let me speak to the manager. Also the fries were cold and were the left overs of both crinkle cut and curley. I love Arby’s food but will NEVER EAT AT THE GREAT BEND, KANSAS STORE AGAIN. I WILL ALSO ENCOURAGE EVERYONE I MEET OR KNOW TO AVOID THIS STORE ALSO.
