I just ordered a breakfast meal and my hash browns were old. To the point where most of them were hard and could not be eaten. These restaurants are awful. They expect us to pay our hard earned money and given us low quality food and service in return. I won’t be back.

Went to grab a quick lunch for my husband and I and when we opened the bag our two large fries looked like they were no more fries left on the premises so they rationed them out to us. What’s the point of ordering a large when you get a small???? Not the first time this has happened but today it was frustrating to come home and see half the fries were gone before we even got to them.

It’s so sad that Burger King is one of my favorite restaurants and this location is very new but very very horrible. Every time I order my order is screwed up. I asked for cheese on a burger and confirm that there’s cheese on it and the lady confirms to me that I have to pay extra which I’m fine with and then I get the burger and there’s no cheese. There’s most recent time I ordered one of their bags with a Whopper Junior with cheese and chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. The sweet and sour sauce looked as though it had been in that building for 20 years it was all brown in color and the Whopper Jr was cold and the Tomato had mold on it. Also I asked for a Dr pepper with this meal and I didn’t receive a Dr pepper I’m not really sure what it was. I’m so sorry that they can’t get their stuff together. Fast food is not that difficult.

This is the first time I ate at burger king at this location. I have not had BK since November of last year. So I thought let me give McDonald’s a break. I did an online order for delivery. 2 meals large size w/ onion rings and fries. The food had got here in a reasonable time. But it was cold sandwiches and fries/onion rings. They were the wrong size sides. Drinks did not have ice and they did not make my sandwich correctly and it made me sick. I complained over the app. They had a quick response offered me $30 in coupons. I told them I was going to write this review and they said have a nice day. My question is how are you going to make me eat something I don’t want? Never eating BK again. Should have just stuck with McDonald’s!!!!!!! My advice STAY AWAY!!!!

My 1st experience last week was great!!! Today’s experience not so good. Onion rings not hot. I asked 3 times please no mayo on chicken sandwich. Response, we don’t put mayo on the chicken sandwich. When I get home, what’s on the sandwich? And no number on the receipt. But order 51 is on the way back to see you burger king!!! Can’t rate atmosphere. It is a drive thru only.

This is one of the worst burger kings on the east side of Henrico the services is horrible and the food taste old and not freshly done . The atmosphere is horrible almost thought I was gonna get in an accident at the poorly design entrances on the corners. Also I would not recommend this store at all
