Never thought I’d write a review of a fast-food restaurant, but I just had a great experience at this BK location. I ordered on the app and picked up the food inside. The place was as clean and orderly as I’ve ever seen. It felt like I was the first customer ever. The food was hot and we received service with a smile. Will definitely be back to this location soon.

Was there January 14, 2026 at 8:00pm to order the Steakhouse Whopper combo. The menu was showing $12.09 for the price but the register rings up $13.09. She tells me the register is correct on the price it rings up and the menu is wrong. They will not honor the menu price. So I told them to cancel and left. This has happened before at the Front Royal, Virginia location before. So good luck to anyone else.

It was a very disappointing experience. First, there was some work going on inside, so there were only a few tables left for us to sit. The tables were dirty and we had to clean them so that we could sit comfortably. The service was also slow and not friendly. ♂️

Quiet little store. Same cashier all of the time. Very friendly. Very clean. I have never seen debris laying about in this store. I enjoy eating here as a quick lunch/dinner. My only complaint is (and it applies everywhere) that prices have gone up and paychecks are not keeping up with inflation so I don’t enjoy it as often as I would like. (I hate cooking lol)

This is quite an inviting and charming location with sprawling mountain views, soothing ambience and decor, in addition to a spacious parking area. What makes it even more special is the staff there: Sheila and her team keep it constantly tidy and organized, while trying their best to effectively ‘channel’ the traffic and cater their customers. The foods there are solid as expected: warm & fresh (burgers and fries), topped-up (fries) and filling; it has a broad selection of soda drinks from the self-service machine. A go-to fast food joint along that strip for sure!

One of the worst locations. They clearly don’t know how to submit product orders properly or they wouldn’t ALWAYS be out of whatever their menus.
They can post a half ass sign about being out of this, that and the other so we intentionally did not order any of the shit they posted they were out of. Waited 20 mins before we were told they had no drinks. THEN we had to wait another 30 mins for “management” to make calls and figure out how to refund us our $35 back. Smfh. Save the time and effort. There’s a Roy Rogers by Walmart. At least your food is fresh and hot and you’ll NEVER be treated like this there js.

Only BK in town, just skip it and go to Spelunkers or any other place that offers a burger minus Mc’s, the fast food places in this town aren’t worth a damn. They are rude, careless, don’t care about anything let alone you spending money at their place, don’t waste your time or money here or the other known fast food stops in Front Royal. 0 stars across the board

Place was dead… still had to wait close to ten minutes. Hamburgers have shrunk.. about the size of a biscuit. Had the fiery chicken sandwich.. not hot at all. Sauce all over the bun. Bun was about stale. Granddaughter didn’t even eat her cheeseburger . Close to $30 for 3 people. Pathetic!
