This place is trash! Customer service sucks. My chicken was basically raw and my fries were super soft and floppy. There was also trash and crumbs on every table and the floors were super sticky. Like I could hear my shoes making that sticky sound as I walked around. Also the soda machine was basically putting out pure soda water and they refused to refund my drink. Literally none of the flavors were dispensing properly.

My husband walked in at 11:30pm. 30 minutes before closing and was told they are not making bone-in wings. The lady was black fair skinned tall and wide. She was very rude to him in asking “ you want it or not”. I have never been told there was a cut off time at this or any location in addition to her being disrespectful. This was a waste of gas and showed no customer service skills. I’m very disappointed.

We walked in and placed order on Feb 2nd at 6:39PM and was given a 20 minute wait time. We watched our ticket sit in the window in front of the cooks until around 7:10 and then asked staff where our order was. It seems they forgot our order and have already given at least 3 to 5 other walk ins their food already. We tried to be polite and not bother staff but when we realized how long we had actually been waiting we finally adressed the issue. We asked for our food so we could leave and a copy of receipt. The girl in the front was apologetic and wanted to get us a copy but she could not get the system to print one and she never gave us a copy to start with. She then asked the girl in the kitchen for help. The girl in the back came up and had an attitude with us and did not want to provide us a copy of the receipt. Probably because we have now waited 43 minutes for our food and our receipt was the proof. Our order was supposed to be dine in but since we waited almost an hour we took it to go home. Both wing orders were burnt and had crispy parts all over the wings. One order of French fries was already cold. The food and service on this occasion were both terrible. We are filling a complaint through the website.

Not sure why there’s so many low ratings, a lot of you guys must be picky. This is the only Wingstop location I’ve been to and they never disappoint. The wings and fries alway come out perfectly and the service is amazing. I’ve never had an issue with this Wingstop.

Thought I would give this place a second try since I live near by and it’s convenient for me. But no! Spent $70 and the cashier literally ignored my request for extra pickles on my sandwich and I asked for 1 side of buffalo sauce instead of ranch. When I received my order I asked again if the buffalo was in there. She asked the person that packed it. Which he lied and said it was in the bag. It was not. How hard is it to please the customer with such a small request ? If you don’t like pleasing a customer with putting the condiments they like why do you work there? Find a new job. Also very unappealing the other worker had her hair in a ponytail messy hanging down. Hello you work with food. No one wants hair in their food. Tie it back in a bun or braid. Very disappointing establishment!

Employees are so rude and useless. They were busy laughing with eachother when multiple people needed assistance. Particularly a young female employee with dark hair & low Bruce Jenner ponytail at the register was ignoring customers. The drink machine is always dirty, dispensing watered down flavors, and smells of saliva. Ratchet location and employees.

Slow service and when I requested well done chicken, and confirmed with a manager over the phone after placing the order online, I came to pick up and the order was handed to me with soggy, cold, mildly cooked chicken.
Honestly they also drown their chicken in the sauces and at that point it’s inedible.

The manager Robert was very helpful with large order questions for a party. Kaylee rang us up and was very kind and helpful. Definitely give them a try. Inside was very clean as well District managers take notice, great employees at this location.
