My partner and I have come here quite a few times. The most recent time was on a rainy day while waiting for my car to be serviced.
You are definitely getting large enough portions for the price! 🙂 My partner and I both went savory, but we ended up wishing one of us went sweet since their pancakes are amazing and the best we’ve had in awhile.
The location was clean and felt cozy, similar to visiting the family.
The service was prompt and we never felt ignored or forgotten about.

We’ve been here many times. Today we were seated by an older woman. She was initially nice then it went down hill. She was extremely sassy. Had a wooden ruler, tapped by husband on the arm while trying to be funny. We weren’t amused. Please leave your sassy at home.
Our waitress was nice and the food was delicious as always.

Passing through town, my buddy and I ended up at the Railroad Cafe while picking up a motorcycle. With us being City boys, dining at this restaurant was exactly what we needed. Good old country charm and character.

The servers were extremely nice, and they worked hard. Our food arrived quickly and it was delicious. The coffee was pretty good, too.

We highly recommend this restaurant. Tip the servers well.

My family and I decided to have breakfast at this place. The food and our server was great. We gave her a great $ tip. The old lady owner of this place who works the register was rude, argumentative and very abrasive. She had no customer service skills. I feel bad for the servers who have to work under this rude woman. I gave 3 stars due to the rude old lady owner!

Classic diner food, huge menu, and massive portion sizes! This place was bumpin’ on the day after Christmas. I wish I could give this place 4.5 stars. It’s everything you would expect from a small town diner. We got the breakfast burrito ($14) and oatmeal ($3.50). You get a lot of food for the money but it isn’t amazing food. Two people could get full from 1 breakfast burrito, easy. It’s got the charming home cooked vibe. Fast service. After your meal you take your check to the cashier. There were 2-3 people in line to pay so we decided to leave cash at the table. I’m not sure if they take credit cards or not.

Don’t for get to make stop here on your way past. Get here early as the place fills fast for the delicious food. Food is prepared in a timely manner that you know it’s piping hot and fresh. The staff is polite and the place is clean. The have a wide range of omelets and their pancakes look Amazing but they don’t carry real maple syrup. When I inquired they said it cost to much. It is a restaurant why lot charge? I’d pay and I know lot of others that prefer the real stuff. That was the only draw back. I will bring my own next time.

Good old fashion home cooking.
HUGE portions. Be ready to take home at least half of your meal.
Friendly staff. Fair market value pricing.
I have taken my staff there many times for Breakfast. Always accommodating.
French Toast, Omlettes, yummy in your tummy. You will not be disappointed.

The service was phenomenal. The food was fantastic. I went for lunch, and out was more food than I could eat, but it was so good. Definitely recommend!

We ordered the apple cinnamon french toast and biscuits and gravy. Fork for scale, but the photo still doesn’t do the size justice. It’s a lot of food. While it was tasty food, if I’m being honest, it was something I could make at home, seemed pretty simple (just canned apple pie apples on the usual french toast). This whole order was about $22, so a pretty good price.

I also ordered half hot chocolate, half coffee. Usually when you ask for that sort of thing, they do just that, mix hot cocoa and coffee. But I suspect they just poured a full cup of coffee and mixed cocoa mix into it. Too bitter for me, not what I asked for, but I understand it’s an unusual request so I can’t blame them.

All in all, cute place, homey atmosphere, tasty food just nothing too complicated (and maybe that’s a plus for other people)
