I’ve always loved the veggie egg rolls, but my last two experiences were disappointing. During one pickup order placed through Uber Eats, I waited over 30 minutes, another customer who ordered in-store was served before me, and one order of egg rolls was missing. I was offered a free drink instead of a refund.
I gave the restaurant another chance, but the egg rolls were extremely oily, with oil pooling in the bag and leaking onto other items. After eating one, my stomach hurt. The egg rolls are great when properly drained, but these recent experiences have led me to order elsewhere.

Walking into this restaurant feels like stepping into a place where everything just works. The atmosphere is warm without trying too hard, the food is consistently amazing, and the energy of the staff makes the experience memorable from the moment you sit down. A huge part of that experience comes from the workers, especially Zidane and Jason. Zidane brings a calm confidence to the floor. He knows the menu inside and out and explains dishes in a way that actually makes you excited to order. He’s attentive without hovering, always checking in at the right moments, and he treats every customer with the same level of respect and care. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and that pride shows in how smoothly everything runs when he’s around.
Jason, on the other hand, adds energy and personality that instantly makes the place feel more alive. He’s friendly, quick with a joke, and great at reading the room. Whether the restaurant is packed or slow, Jason keeps the vibe positive and welcoming. He moves fast, handles pressure well, and never lets stress show, which makes customers feel relaxed and taken care of.
Together, Zidane and Jason represent what makes this restaurant great. They turn a simple meal into an experience by creating a space where people feel comfortable, valued, and eager to come back. Jason and Zidane were awesome and hospitable, and the food was so yummy! We enjoyed everything that we got and it was all hot, fresh, and flavorful. Glad to be able to grab a bite later in the evening also. We will be back!

Ordered the well done steak pho on DoorDash and they never updated the status to say ready for pickup. They gave bad meat pieces too. Been here several times before and it seems to be consistent with that.

I had a wonderful experience at [Pho Nam Cali]. The service was exceptional—staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure all my needs were met promptly. The cleanliness of the restaurant really stood out; everything from the tables to the restrooms was spotless. As for the food, it was simply delicious! I’ve been coming here since they were next door to Seafood City, the pho is always good. I ordered to-go well done brisket and chicken fried rice. Could not eat the chicken fried rice, had too much of a shrimp flavor which I couldn’t tolerate. But the pho is always good.
