Always welcoming, always on point!
Every time we visit the Starbucks in Kyle, Texas, it’s a great experience—and today was no exception. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome by an employee, and the service was excellent from start to finish.
One thing I really appreciated was how the staff communicated with everyone. One of the machines was down, but they were upfront about it, let us know there might be a slight delay, and even mentioned that someone was already working on fixing it. That kind of honesty and transparency goes a long way—things happen, and they handled it perfectly.
We ordered a Venti Cinnamon Dolce Latte and a Grande Iced Latte, and as always, they made them just right. This location consistently gets our drinks spot on, and that’s why we keep coming back.
The personal touches on the cups, like little drawings or kind words, always bring a smile to our faces. It’s those small things that show the care behind the counter.
And one more thing I truly love: this store makes it clear that everyone is welcome. The inclusive environment and friendly energy make it feel like more than just a coffee run—it feels like community.

I stopped in with a coworker for a lunch break at our local Starbucks. While our drinks were well made and tasted great, the customer service left a lot to be desired. When placing my order at the counter, the interaction felt cold and unwelcoming, what I’d describe as snobby service.
After enjoying our drinks and food, I placed a mobile order for one more drink before leaving. I noticed that my order was the last to be prepared, and when it finally came up, one of the employees rolled her eyes and made a comment to her coworker, who then turned and looked directly at me. It was pretty clear my order was seen as a nuisance.
The drinks here are solid, but the staff’s attitude really took away from the experience. I hope management considers hiring or training staff who are more genuine and customer focused.

Very busy at 3:15 pm when I stopped in. Ordered the seasonal Juniper Latte. Came out quickly despite the crowd inside. I tried to use an offer that would give me a drink for $3 after 3 pm from the phone app. They could not get it to work so they gave me the drink for free!!! Excellent customer service. Instead of disappointing a customer when the app did not work, I walked away happy. Great job Starbucks! I like this store, glad it is close by.

feb 2 6pm -i just went today anddd staff was so rude and drinks were mid . as a former starbucks employee, its not that hard to be a little bit polite. girl on reg was really really rude and rushing us to order and rolling her eyes. yall dont even got a drive thru it aint that bad .

Always love visiting this location. The staff are friendly and courteous, the beverages always taste like you expect, and I’m not sure I could find Grogu hiding in plain sight anywhere else in Kyle. Also they’re dog friendly and have lovely patio seating outside.
Just a heads up I believe I saw a sign outside saying this location may be closing 3/20. I hope it’s not true; did not get to confirm inside.
There’s no drive-thru, but this location is great for sitting and enjoying a beverage with company or working in a nice, comfortable setting. Please visit if you get the chance!
