We just moved to the area on Friday and ordered from Charlie’s of Rochester our very first night based on a Facebook recommendation — and we LOVED it. The pizza was so good that we ordered again today, this time for delivery.
Unfortunately, one of the pizzas delivered was incorrect. I called expecting it to maybe be a hassle, but it was the complete opposite. The person who answered didn’t hesitate for a second — they immediately apologized, asked for our address and which pizza was wrong, and told me they would make a fresh one and send it right out.
No attitude. No back-and-forth. Just immediate, kind, professional customer service.
That truly blew me away. Mistakes happen anywhere, but it’s how a business handles them that matters — and they absolutely went above and beyond. On top of that, the food is consistently delicious.
Safe to say we’ve found our go-to pizza spot in our new hometown. So impressed and so appreciative! Highly recommend!

Charlie’s Rochester is a solid choice for a quick, satisfying, and tasty meal. I’ve visited a few times, and overall, it’s a very positive experience.
The burgers are always fresh, juicy, and well-made, and they definitely don’t skimp on the portions. This place offers great value for the money.The staff is usually friendly and super efficient, getting orders out quickly even when they’re busy. The place is also clean and well-kept. I’m dropping one star because the quality can be a little inconsistent sometimes—once the fries were definitely oversalted, which was a bummer. But honestly, it’s still a strong 4/5.
Highly recommend if you’re craving some quality American classics!

Great service, guy was friendly but quick, pizza is a bit different than I expected, and delicious. Really soft crumb, well proofed, flavorful, slightly crispy exterior. Toppings were also delicious. We tried the meatball special pizza, great pick. Top pizza shop in the area, not even close. They were quick too, despite a line out the door. Called, they said 20 minutes, I showed up 20 minutes later during the rush and they were set anyways. Great product, great service.

Came in crashing on a wed night desperately needing sustenance. Was referred by a shop down the street. Got great food super quick and was super reasonably priced!! Will definitely be back! Was a hit all around!!

We stopped here, on a whim as we were driving by, ordered a small pizza and BLT sub, to go while we waited we watched this place at 7pm on a Tuesday ,go non stop…phone orders, deliveries
we figured the food must be awesome and it was..the pizza was great, the crust so light, chewy perfect, the sub so full of bacon…we will be back!

It’s always amazing! I get the chicken broccoli Alfredo every time and it’s enough to feed an entire family for 3 days! Not to mention delicious! Very creamy as well as filling!!

After over an hour and delivery and asking the delivery guy to call so as not to wake my neighbor, we had a pounding on door. He insisted he had called multiple times, however phone did not ring once. Also we saw him pull in 20 minutes earlier pull out and drive elsewhere. The steak supreme calzone was greasy, like hamburger inedible. Called owner and he explained how steak works. Fries were cold, grease is still pouring out this inedible calzone as you see, it was dripping into a puddle in the 2nd picture.
