Had a very bad experience here today. I ordered tacos but an employee named Keven falsely claimed to be a manager and prevented me from having the tacos in a bowl. I see him being rude to me as I ask for a bowl to prevent spillage. He was draining the tomato and hot sauce water as he kept using the aluminum foil. I was also charged for a side of rice and beans for the taco (2×1.60). I am so disappointed and I will never come to this Chipotle branch. Kevin doesn’t represent the reputation of Chipotle.

Greatly disappointed with this location. I paid $30 for a burrito to be delivered only to receive the incorrect order. I was forced to make the drive up and have the correct order made. Fortunately, the Chipotle team member was polite but it dose not refund $9 in additional costs.

So I keep asking the worker to remove like three tomato on my burrito. She could not understand me so then I asked her boss. It is really disgusting when the counter not clean and your lunch is being dragged every which way. I hate getting ingredients in my food I did not ask for. This chipotle is SO SO stingy. Will never come back. This short slim Mexican girl had a terrible attitude when I was ordering. I’m also work in service and even if I’m having a bad day I would not be that disrespectful. I asked for two kids meal quesadilla and at first they didn’t exactly understand so I tried to explain but she was really passive aggressive and proceeded to put little to no cheese i don’t think I can even call it a quesadilla more like a chicken tortilla. it’s honestly just ridiculous. That aside she scooped a spoon of corn and put half of the scoop and proceeded to dump the rest back. The serving portions are just terrible and so disappointing in addition to the service.

Let me start by saying I like Chipotle but this one was very different. The staff couldn’t roll a burrito. he had to rewrap it and still had the sauce and guacamole everywhere. It was sloppy. He handed the sandwich with the foil full of sauce and guacamole. The chips werrvery stale and there was no clean place to sit. This place is run down. I always go for the steak burrito and at 7 pm they already run out of steak. :/ the Chipotle around Arlington and Georgetown are the best I have visited. I will not visit this branch anymore. Someone has to make sure the place is clean. The rice and sauce was on all tables and seats!

Food is five hours old or they’re doing cash only you’re in McLean Virginia if you can’t keep up with the clients and the service in this area then shut down.

Getting a Chipotle bowl, to go, for my son! Young folks love Chipotle.
Only one draw back is that they bought their rice from places like Missouri which has a high level of arsenic content! Rice in America are typically grow in old cotton fields where they had used arsenic, back then, as a pesticide for cotton plants. Rice is possibly the only crop that can still grows in these contaminated fields. As such, rice, grown there, suck up a lot of the arsenic from the ground!
Can’t wait until Chipotle switch their rice source to California (no cotton plantations, hence, no arsenic pesticides in the ground)!
There was a research that said low level arsenic poisoning destroyed children’s brains! Chipotle will get its 5 stars only when they be more responsible on where they sourcing their rice!

Yeah they really don’t care. It’s one of the few fast food restaurants in town, and basically a monopoly on Mexican fast food. We come here all the time and it’s always like this.

The service was disappointing. I was charged for extra chicken I didn’t receive, and the staff only acknowledged the mistake after checking with the person who prepared the bowls. They refunded the charge but didn’t apologize or address the error further, which left me feeling unvalued as a customer. I’d appreciate if the staff could be more proactive in ensuring orders are correct and communicating with customers when issues arise
