Most of the employees just want to get you put as fast as they can, don’t always listen to custom orders(like no mustard on a burger with no other special orders to it), most barely listen to your order and often get it wrong. Never provide you with a 4cup cup holders even when you have 4 or more drinks. But at least the food is usually hot, drinks cold, but they don’t advertise they don’t carry all the usual jack in the box soda varieties.

They gave me food that had been sitting in the warmer for what looks like well past the time limit. Shift lead was rude and did not seem to care when I returned the food. Did not even apologize once. Very poor leadership and customer service.

Horrible rushing through order. Food was cold, fries cold, jalapeño poppers cold. They probably just cook everything and leave on warmer. Cheese in jalapeño poppers solid not even warm. Wasted over 30 dollars for cold food

The food is okay when it’s done correctly. But they always, ALWAYS, mess up on part or another. You can be the only customer in line, but they just don’t listen.

Jack in the box good is always good. It’s usually the service that makes the experience. The service here was okay better than another Jack in the box I went to so that’s a plus. The grilled chicken on the club salad was actually grilled. Unlike others where they don’t use hot grilled chicken.

Great service for fast food. It does depend on who is in the window but most of them are extremely friendly and the chicken nuggets are delicious. I always check to make sure. Sometimes they will only have French fries that are not extremely high. It’s hot, so I always ask for fresh French fries. And they have no problem with that.

Order online or don’t order at all. If they can afford to make tacos 50% off simply for ordering online, all of their prices should just be halved and prices in-person and online should just be the same. Literal scam. Not to mention they don’t advertise their “in-person” prices, online.
