I had to shout out this Jack’s location. This is the second time I have visited this location (12/21/25). Both times the service has been AMAZING, the food is fresh and hot. I did not wait in line long at all. The biscuit this morning tasted like my Grandma cooked it!! Keep up the Great work you all! May GOD continue to Bless every employee there!!

This place is absolutely horrendous. I ordered the #2 and the bun was harder than a rock. The bun was toasted so much the paper wrapper was burnt. Service was equally as bad. The staff asked me “Hey my man, how can you speak English so good.” just because of my ethnicity. Guess what, it’s not hard, even you can learn to use correct grammar if you applied yourself.

I went and got food last night through the drive-thru and they told me to pull up while I they make my food and they brought me my food like 5 minutes later and everything was cold but the fries very disappointed. I’m not sure why they even told me to pull up and wait.
