Worst DQ experience to date. The girl got our order wrong. Asked FOUR times for two 3 pc chkn stp baskets with one blizzard, one lemonade and a side order of regular cheese curds. I only got 2 pieces for my basket. My fiancé got his 3 but they were very small. No toast or fries with either of them. To make it worse instead of reading back what was on her screen she just doubled the drinks and blizzard and obviously replaced fries with cheese curds. Then had someone else take care of our order. I had my fiancé pay for it just so we wouldn’t hold up the line. But very ridiculous and very disappointing. First time here and NOT a good impression especially being a former DQ manager and employee of 6 years.

Terrible service. Staff were making purchases of their own prior to acknowledging customers at the register. Ordered two 6 piece chicken strip baskets and they charged me for each beverage which should be included in the price of the basket($35 for two meals). I ordered to go and they brought me 2 open boxes of food that I had to close and place in a bag.

We stopped here for a quick lunch- and thought it was a fairly safe bet since Dairy Queen is everywhere. However, I was served raw chicken. After bringing it to the attention to the manager, he tried explaining to my husband that because the chicken strips come in frozen and thick, they can stick together and this sometimes happens.
This is ridiculous- that’s why you don’t overflow the fryer, shake the basket, and leave the basket down for a specific time.
The manager seemed very lost to the fact that raw chicken is very dangerous and seemed shocked when we wanted a refund on the order. No sincere apologies or concern.
***Edit*** I did follow the little link that was suggested. Received an automated type of response. Still zero follow up.

Food was decent. The girl forgot the ice water we ordered. We asked for it at the window, and we were informed it would be $ .75 for a glass of ice water… even though we just ordered 2 meals for over 28 bucks. Won’t be back.

Was kindly greeted and order was taken and served accurately in a timely manner. Very impressed since the drive thru was packed. I would definitely spend my money here again. Everything was clean including the restroom.

I was really surprised by the rudeness i was met by when i pulled up to window. Not impressed. I had been waiting for a good 10 minutes at the to order spot and it was silent. Radio silent. Left with nothing thanks for nothing. Will not be coming back

place was packed boooiiiiiiii. people love them some DQ thats fer sure! Staff seemed nice and hard at work! Good-on-yea DQ for giving my children the icy sweet treats and basic American food we need on our road trip
