I ordered 3 large (14”) pepperoni pizzas and received boxes with 3 slices of pizza in each box. When I took them back, the workers told me that is how a “large” pizza is supposed to look. See picture.

Went in to get a pizza before taking my sister to her dentist appointment and was told there would be a 20 minute wait. The employee who took my order left and didn’t tell the other employee about my order. I waited 30 minutes and then went back up to the counter to check on my pizza and was told that they never made it. The second employee was kind and gave me a refund as I had to leave with no pizza. Teach your employees to communicate with one another!!

Every time I have been to Sbarro recently it has been a negative experience. Today the cashier Erica was very rude and didn’t even want to listen to my order. It wasn’t busy so I don’t understand why she had to be so rude and I still said thank you as I was leaving for her to ignore me with attitude. Even the girl working the pizza area asked her what was wrong. I know they get stressed out but there is no reason to have an attitude.

Amazing pizza place, Pizza was alright, my wife had a really hard slice of pepperoni pizza, but mine was soft and slimy, I think she’s drunk again. BUT THE STAFF, oh don’t even get me started this one really tall man came up to my 11 year old daughter and started hitting on her . Absolute discarse, I don’t think he works here but that should not happen anywhere and he should get jail time!! Food was alright and the cook does not like her job and puts no dang effort into it Coming back next week

I want to start by saying that the pizza has always been good, but the staff is something that needs to be adjusted. I showed up to pick an Uber eats order and the cashier seemed very upset in my presence, since it stopped her from texting. She continued to look at us as she texted and even rolled her eyes when she had to come to the counter. One of the items that I was supposed to pick up wasn’t available because she said they were going to close soon, even though it was 710 pm and all the other food establishments we’re open and all the pizzas we’re still on the display rack. After asking for a drink on the order, she got even more of an attitude demanding it wasn’t on the order even after showing her it was on the ticket. This female should not be working there as she clearly does not like her job or customers.

I was trying to place a phone order to pick up after work. The phone was busy for over an hour. I went to the mall to place the order in person, I asked about the phone. The cashier said it had been taken off the hook. It was going to over an hour to get my order, so I ended up choosing another place to purchase dinner. It is a shame because my husband loves Sbarro. My work place would order all of the time if they had better service.

Have been to many of these Sbarro’s around the world. This one was the worst I have ever been to. It was the worst pizza I have ever had at a Sbarro. Pizza looked like it was frozen and warmed up, Management needs to step in. Stay away.

Breadsticks were good but an employee had bandaids on her fingers and no gloves on
EDIT – other people working had gloves on. This lady had a bandaid on her finger and was serving salad without gloves. The point was not no gloves it was an EXPOSED BANDAID coming in contact with food
