On Dec 2nd, one hour before closing, these two amazing employees gave the best service! The closers helped build our pizza with expertise and precision. The guy with the hat was my favorite and made this experience memorable and enjoyable. Compliments to the chef!

Mod is a go to for fast pizza with your own unique flavour combo. I’ve had Mod all over the country and they are consistent in their creation of great pizza for the price and speed.
The staff is always friendly and not bothered by special requests.
I love the chocolate cakes they usually have (unless they’re already sold out ) I get one every time.

We order from this location, with the app, at least every other week since mid September 2024, we order the unlimited toppings make your own pizzas. The last 3 orders have been incorrect. One time ingredient was missing, which should’ve been mentioned. The next time topping on one pizza that wasn’t requested, one pizza was missing extra ingredients and one wasn’t what we ordered. Tonight 1 pizza ordered with extra toppings. & bacon wasn’t really cooked. It came no extra toppings, but had soupy extra mozzarella. Looked ugly! Other pizzas were missing extra toppings too. Their quality has gone downhill , looks like pizzas are thrown together not their usual tasty crispy pizzas. . This is the grossest pizza. This is exactly what we found when we opened the box. Looks like it was made by a young child. Not worth the money. Choose a different location.

Got a 10 inch long hair in the pizza. The toppings are raw and not. Cooked properly, I wish they were a little more sanitary & used gloves while preparing pizza

I used to love this place and gave it a 5-star review, but last night’s visit was awful that I had to definitely come back and update my review. The new staff is rude, careless, and untrained. The person taking my order was wearing AirPods, barely listening, and I had to repeat everything twice. They made hissing sounds like serving customers was a burden. I arrived at 9:40 (they close at 11), but trash cans were blocking the soda and napkin areas, and the restaurant was filthy with papers everywhere. Clearly, the manager didn’t hire or train the staff properly. This place has gone downhill, never coming back. This was Friday night and if you don’t want to serve customers then just do us a favor by closing it rather than spoiling the chains reputation.

walked in at 9:30pm on a saturday night and the workers immediately greeted us with frowned/annoyed faces. there was no one except us in this store. they started making comments on trying for us to leave and we felt very uncomfortable about this. they were also talking about negative customer interactions in front of us too which was odd. the kitchen looks very unsanitary and messy with toppings mixed in with others and random stuff in the sauces. there are 3 men total working on this shift. this store is open till 11pm but they turned the open light off and put all the chairs up the moment we walked in. if your store is open till 11pm, then why are they trying to close early? they were so preoccupied with talking about gambling, poker, blackjack, etc. amongst themselves that they haven’t put our pizza in the oven when it’s been 10 minutes just sitting out. my friend had to tell them to put the pizza in the oven… when we finally sat down to eat the pizza, there were fruit flies everywhere flying around. we are definitely feeling rushed to leave as we are sitting here trying to enjoy the OK pizza with burnt edges they made and it’s not even 10pm…

Stopped into this place to fill a pizza craving. Built my own mod pizza and asked them to cook it well done. Not sure if they know how to control the fire or what well done is but instead of getting well done I received Burned. The staff was nice but the restaurant was dirty and no one bothered cleaning anything including the bathrooms. This was around 2-3pm on a Tuesday. I’ve tried mod pizza several times at various locations. I give up. This franchise is trash but could be so much better if they hired people who cared or trained them better on the art of pie making.

First time at MOD Pizza. Was pretty impressed by the speed and variety of Pizza toppings available. They also have variety of salad and other sides. Enough seating and parking space. Friendly staffs.

Really love the Mod Pizza in Deerpark / Kildeer! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. They all seem to like their jobs which makes it even better. I went last night and have to mention how helpful they were in helping me understand the Mod app. Dan, Josh, Brandon and Brandon are the best! Always happy and friendly!! You ROCK guys!!
