You just can’t beat two chili cheese dogs and fries for less than $7! And it’s really good too. I’ve been on a few weekends with friends and the staff is always friendly. Worth stopping!

This is five star if you realize it pretends to be nothing more than a local watering hole. It is lacking in decor, but meh. Prices are low. Food is good. Service is wonderful. It is 5 star in comparison to other locals’ bars I’ve been in.

Okay, first off I’d like to say that this was my first time at the Bow Tie Tavern. The DJ for karaoke was amazing. And the French fries and chicken strips were divine. Chicken strips that are thin and seasoned well. You do not need any sauce with these chicken strips.. so kudos to the Cook from the North Carolina gals. The chicken strips were delicious

I would give lesson when I was being responsible to cover up there. Got there about 11:32. They were already closed. What knows? But the door wouldn’t let me in. So now I’m just sitting out. Lost in a parking lot, waiting for another Uber to take me back from where I came from. Thanks for making me waste $20. When I had more than 200 to spend in the bar on the last 30 minutes.

Your typical “Dive Bar”, however, I mean that in the best of terms. Dive bars have the best comfort food and this place is a gem. Their burgers are amazing! My choice is the olive burger. You will love it.
The staff are fantastic. The atmosphere is subpar however, who cares the food and staff are above and beyond? This is a Patriotic bar where they proudly support our troops…well done Bow Tie.

Karaoke DJ seems more interested in getting her drunk on. She doesn’t have a rotation list of singers and there’s no rhyme or reason of who’s singing nor when. She also has her “favorites”. Some drunk strange guy named Brian seems to sing an inordinate amount of time. People working at the bar get preferential treatment to sing? A couple showed up at the end of the night and sang half of the last handful of songs. Three of us were there for 3 hours yet only sang one time. This is a consistent problem with Karaoke here unless she’s not there her substitute female is fair and very good.
Very annoying and disappointing. No shade thrown on service food or drinks always good. But the drunk DJ and her cronies gotta go or change her ways… or we won’t waste our time with the Bowtie for karaoke. Very sad and unnecessary.
