Ordered through DoorDash late at night and there was some confusion about the location that was quickly cleared up by one of the team members here (Steven). He was respectful and courteous, displaying qualities that I’m sure make the business prosper. He was hard at work juggling phone calls and making pizzas and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for his outstanding performance. Thank you to Marcos and a big thank you to Steven!

Ordered 2 pizzas both were bad but at least the other one was cooked. This one wasn’t hardly baked and meat and veggies were just thrown on top not even baked with pizza. We put it in oven to finish cooking it which really didn’t help. It was still nasty. Then the delivery driver messaged me they didn’t have meatball bake but Marco’s still charged me.

This was only my second time trying this place. The first time was great food was good. Today was a horrible experience Steve is his name he is the rudest employee I have ever come across. He was cussing and didnt even have the nurve to be quiet seeing there were customers in the store. He also couldnt speak directly to me he had his employees answer all questions. He also needs more education on proper hygiene when working in the kitchen. Gross he looked so dirty . Never again I bragged to my friend about the place but left disappointed.

We ordered a gluten-free pizza today, (10 months gluten free now due to medical issues) I ordered it half Hawaiian and half meat supreme and my daughter got a chicken calzone that she thought she’d died and gone to Heaven after tasting. OMG our food was so amazing! It was the best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had in my life. They are not stingy on the toppings! The sausage was super delicious. Once you have Marcos you won’t go anywhere else. They have lifelong customers in us!

**Don’t Go, We Got Sick**
My family and I have been customers at the location for many years. Unfortunately, the new owner “Javier” has allowed it to become a shadow of what it used to be. My son paid with his own birthday money and ordered 2 pizzas. When we got them home they looked awful, but until then they’d always been good. My children and I were sick all night. It was the only food we’d eaten after a long day, so knew it couldn’t be anything else. We seldom eat out and I cook all of our meal, so this was supposed to be a treat. My boy felt horrible, as if he made us sick. I reassured him it wasn’t his fault. After a few days, we felt better and called them back. They were very hesitant to do anything for us. My son asked for him money back, and they refused. I asked for the owner and was told that he was “back home” somewhere in the Middle East. They took my info and said they would call me. They never did. I finally went in and asked for him and they said he was still not back. They offered 1 pizzas as replacement, but had to speak to the owner to replace the second one. I reluctantly took it because my son wanted to make it right for us. I waited a total of a month and still never received a call back. I called in today and the female manager was very rude and faux I had to speak with the owner. I have her my number and told her I’d gladly speak with him. She hung up, then called me back and said that I HAD to call HIM (?). The horrible customer service continued. I called him and he said he’d replaced it pizza 4 times (untrue) and then threatened my family. He did he would call the police, which I welcomed, but then he kept rambling on about something, but he was clearly not willing to admit any wrong doing or offered to correct his mistakes. At that point, I’d had enough of his rudeness and hung up. After being a customer here for over 10 years, you’ve lost my patronage. I don’t want anyone else to experience what I have, so please, if you have a family, don’t go here. Find another location or go somewhere else. Nobody deserves to be treated this way.

This was my first time at Marco’s and it was delicious! I picked their ultimate magnifico and added mushrooms, and it was great. It was evenly cooked and had fresh meats. The only reason why I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because it looks like they used canned mushrooms but overall a great pizza and comparably affordable! Definitely ordering from them again!

Pizza was burned, toppings were burned, the whole two pizzas were burned, the cinnamon bread were burned as well, customer service was horrible, considering the fact that the food isnt cheap this relatively was a terrible experience, this store and the franchise are ran separately. If u are eating here please do so with caution.

The pizza was pretty good. I would compare it to Papa Johns. We got 2 large pizzas for $20 plus tip. I wouldn’t say it’s the best pizza but if your looking for an affordable pizza place that’s better than little Caesars than give it a try. Our pizza was done in less than 15 mins. Would eat again. The old world pepperoni is good I would recommend it for sure

Tried this place for the first time and I loved it! We found good specials on their website and ordered carry out, the pizzas were ready in 10 minutes and were delicious! The pepperonis had crispy edges and the crust with garlic sauce was very tasty!
