2/2 times the service and food were not great. The man that takes orders has a tone that can come off as rude and impatient. Both times he doesnt let you get out what you are saying. Food was over cooked. The shell itself and the beef inside as well, burnt tasting. If I wasn’t on my break I would have gone back. Also 2.20 for sourcream scoop that looks watered down trying to stretch the product. I see why I never see a line when I drove by. Too bad I cant add a picture to this review.

Still decent comfort food but the prices are out of control, so I can’t afford this place anymore. 10 taquitos shouldn’t cost close to $20. Sit down restaurants don’t charge this much. Also, NEVER use the salsa bar here, go through the drive through and get your hot sauces from there because they come from behind the counter and thus haven’t been caked in bacteria caused by unwashed customers’ hands. Last time I made the mistake of grabbing my own salsa from here, I got stuck on the toilet for over an hour and it made me late to work.

This Filibertos in particular has never had their crap in order. The food and flavors are not it at all. I was happy when they opened by my house but I’ve only gone 2 times and both were disappointing. The food is just not good at all. I would rather drive farther for better tasting Filibertos like the one on Elliot and Mc Queen

The woman took my order wrong. Got home and had chicken enchiladas instead of cheese. My husband took them back for me only to bring me cheese enchiladas that are ice cold with unedible tortillas that are hard as a rock.

I’m pretty sure when you order cheese enchiladas they are supposed to have cheese inside them. Not be a tortilla with a dash of cheese. And now they won’t answer their phone. This place is ridiculous. These are flat with hardly anything inside them. I have never seen such pathetic enchiladas in my life.

Ordered a Chorizo Breakfast Burrito. It ended up being an egg burrito with a few bites of chorizo for $10. Won’t go here again. Adalberto’s two miles down the road is so much better. Drive thru was very slow. Staff unfriendly.

I’m totally sad about my order at lunch today. Normally this shop is spot on for the Pollo asado fries I get but today, they put jalapeños in it, thick pieces and I couldn’t even enjoy it. I can’t eat them and more so, not in thick pieces.

I’ve been going to this same Filiberto’s since I was 18 and I get the same few things everytime and it never disappoints. 24hrs on the clock and they always come correct. Best carne asada fries in the game.

3 burritos $40. FIRST… that’s INSANE. second they were so bad!!!! The downtown Phoenix Filibertos is so much better and prices are half of this location (this month they have breakfast buttitos for $6.99) , but I live so close to the chandler one…. but I will NEVER be coming to this location again. I’m So disappointed. All 3 burritos were thrown out less than half eaten. I wish I could get my money back.

Food is just so much better during NIGHTS . How is it that the night food is more fresh and better served quality wise than morning . I asked for my food(meat) to be hot n fresh . It just isn’t … like last of the pan of meat .. bad meat & it looks like they microwaved the taco bc the cheese is melted on top when it should be fresh . Just I cannot spend my money during morning times here . Great workers . Food is not it though
