My husband drives a truck so we parked at the interstate travel center and this was within walking distance. It is inside the SuperCharged which offers tons of things to offer anyone. Our bartender was amazing and the atmosphere is great. Food was fantastic.

So me and my girlfriend came here to the Tap and Tavern inside SuperCharged, got seated immediately. While waiting for our Heat number to be called, we decided to get a quick bite. After sitting we waited for the server/waitress to come back and ask us for drinks and whatnot, like any restaurant you go to. I don’t know if things are done differently here, don’t know if we have to actually stop a server/waiter ourselves, but over 30 minutes passed and not a single server has come to check in on us. At that point we gave up on food and drinks and just decided to sit and wait for our Heat number, and as I looked around, most of the waiters/servers were either on their phones, chatting or sitting on their breaks eating. Going on 45 minutes while waiting for our race number, and we were kinda just done.
Not really mad or anything, just kind of amazed that we could go around 45 minutes without even being asked if we wanted anything to drink, never mind order food. We just got seated and abandoned basically. Definitely a first and last with any Tap and Tavern. Can’t really comment on food or drinks since, you know, we didn’t even get any server interaction the entire time. Just kinda ridiculous to be honest. Everyone’s mostly on their phones or just nowhere.

We had a birthday party at supercharged for my son. Bridget was our coordinator and she was a gem. She helped with everything you would need for a party and was amazing with the children. Made my job as the parent host so much easier. Will be coming back!

Came on a Wednesday night, so it was mostly empty. The server she was great. But the food… First I was told they were out of grilled chicken, yet still had fried chicken. This eliminated about half the menu for me. I chose the cheeseburger when I had wanted a chicken wrap. I was told they only had American cheese, no Swiss or provolone whatsoever. I asked for coleslaw as my side, but the kitchen gave ne fries anyway.

Absolutely the worst service! They were dead, literally two other tables besides us. All of the waitstaff were huddled together for about 20 min before we interrupted them to ask if we could get drinks…the food came out wrong, the drinks were also wrong. The kids you hire are going to run your business into the ground.

Maybe it was partially my fault for not knowing it was attached to this Supercharge place, but I received some of the worst service I had in a while.
Now, I’m someone who comes from having worked in the industry for years, at one of the best and busiest spots in Providence, so maybe my level of expectations for basic service is a bit higher than the normal person, but as a solo diner at the bar arriving just before 9pm, I was never offered any menus, had to ask for a drink menu, and then waited long droughts of time between the two drinks I ordered. I watched every other guest at the bar receive better service than I experienced, and it’s a shame if that is simply because I was alone, versus part of a duo or trio.
What appeared to be a manager was present at the bar throughout my entire visit, but he not only never made eye contact with me, but he never asked if I needed or wanted anything, which at several points in the evening, I did. He seemed distracted by a group at the bar that he knew and the rest of us just sat there.
At the end of my visit, mind you- it had been over 90 mins and I’d had to stop the bartender to get the two drinks I did- I then waited at least 10 minutes for my tab to be picked up.
Not only did I feel ignored at this bar, but I felt out of place and I comfortable and couldn’t wait to leave.
I am normally someone who leaves 25-30 percent at bars, but I left the typical (and honestly way too much) 20% this time around.
Do not recommend- find literally anywhere else nearby to visit.

It’s a bar/grill in the middle of a family fun space, so there will be lots of kids/teens/adults all around but that is to be expected.
If you plan on utilizing the fun stuff as well as eating, highly recommend making reservations prior to coming.

Was not busy last night, but waited 25 min for what tasted like burnt microwaved appetizers. Waited about 15 min for three drinks, one of which was a margarita filled halfway in a plastic cup, and one of the three drinks, a simple beer, never came. Decided to cancel the rest of the order. Took this restaurant as a red flag for the rest of the venu and left without playing any of the Supercharged games.

The food here is not at all good. We ordered nachos and they were cold down to the chicken in it. The Nashville Hot chicken was not hot. It was very plain with just the chicken and bread, I.e no lettuce, etc. It came with fries on the side which was ok. The waitress was very polite and willing to take off the nachos since they weren’t hot two times. Since the place is inside of Supercharged it only make sense that it was convenient not only to eat but to also play.
