It wasn’t a great experience the first time, but I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, I ran into the same issues again. They didn’t have white rice available, and the portions were very small. When I asked for a little more rice or protein, I felt like I was given some attitude and still barely received much in my bowl. Maybe it was just my experience or bad luck, but because of this I probably won’t be coming back.

East Asian girl who was working during the afternoon on Wednesday, 2/18, was immensely rude and impolite.
I was walking towards the mobile order pickup area, and I made eye contact with the girl so I proceeded to be friendly (god forbid) and say hi, but before I could even get the word out, she sternly pointed to the pickup shelf and looked away without saying anything. It felt like she was treating me like a dog, pointing at a patch of grass for me to pee on.
It was an interaction that was so reflective of the culture on this island. How most people here are just so disgustingly cold, unfriendly, aggressive and dismissive all the time. I would hope that an employee in a customer service role would display an iota of politeness, but hope is futile if the managers at these restaurants don’t train the employees on the bare fundamentals of customer service. I bet the manager is just as unfriendly as the hired employees.

If I didn’t ask for extra, my food would literally be non existent. I have never been to a chipotle where they give such small portions. I had to ask for a “extra” rice because the guy barely give any. The chicken portion they give was extremely small and when I ask for a bit more, the guy said “this will be extra”. I said no thanks and he just put the bowl and said this is what we give. This was my worst chipotle experience. Don’t recommend this location!

This is easily the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Time after time I visit this location and it continues to be a huge disappointment I had no choice to leave a review this time. 8:15pm on a Monday walking in to the crew playing loud music from a Bluetooth speaker, the place looks like someone trashed it. And to make matters worse, as I’m trying to place my order, the crew pulls out cart where the food is and proceedes to sweep the floor in between where the customer and the cart, not to mention carrying the broom and dust pan over the tortillas and salad. When I made a comment to the supervisor that he shouldn’t be sweeping while people are trying to order food, he just nodded his head and went to take the next order as the employee kept sweeping. This is the second time this happened by the way. This chipotle is horrible and needs new management Asap

Terrible. We got here at 11:15 and they did not have any cauliflower rice prepared. They served us rice from the day before and it was awful. Sitting in the restaurant sucked the life out of me, definitely would appreciate a more lively atmosphere. The worker skimped on chicken, rice, and other main ingredients. Definitely not worth the money if it’s going to be like that.

Service was ok, the food was okay. They serve less food than any other chipotle ive been too. As soon as you walk in youll see garbage everywhere. The two trash cans over flowing with trash, mostly all of the tables were dirty. I had to clean my own so that i could eat there. The bathroom garbage can was overflowing with paper towels too. Idk why this place was so dirty.

Could just be my bad luck but it seemed to me that it was just favoritism at its finest. Went on a Saturday evening when it wasn’t full at all no line ahead of me or behind me just wanted white rice and they didn’t have at the moment but for the people in front of us with 2 kids they had no issue just hopping over the counter and grabbing from the to go section and grabbing heaping spoonfuls . When it came to my turn the man at the counter said they didn’t have rice and was 30 minute wait. I had just taken my quesadilla that they only make online for whatever reason and moved on. I understand rules are a thing but when there’s a line and you don’t have a certain something it’s not fair to just accommodate one customer and not the rest.
Will be avoiding this location from now on, customer service matters!!

My sister and parents bought food from here recently and it was about as good as any other Chipotle we’ve ordered from. However, when my sister’s card got bounced due to it being a payment from somewhere that’s not close to where we normally live (we were helping her move into an apartment from out of state), the manager was gracious enough to cover the cost for her…for an order that was not insignificant (5 bowls). Big props for that alone.

I normally don’t write reviews unless it’s a positive one, but this was my worst experience here and felt it was worth noting. I came on a Tuesday evening with my husband. This location is within walking distance from our place, so it’s convenient. They said they didn’t have steak. I asked how long it would be for it and they said they didn’t have any. Didn’t tell me they were out or were going to have some soon. In fact they seem bothered I asked. That was only one day. Every other time we come here, no matter what time of day it is, there’s always trash overflowing from the garbage areas and crumbs and food all over the tables and floor. We will be traveling out of our way to go to a better location from now on.
