What the heck is this? The snackin bacon never looked like this. It looks wet and soggy and like it has less than it should. medium coffee with 3 creams tastes like all cream and no coffee. I really needed this coffee SMH

Do NOT order any drinks from tap, I ordered an iced green tea and iced coffee from there and they both had bacteria in them. When drinks foam up from tap, it usually indicates that it’s not clean.
(Bacteria at the bottom of my drink + cloudy tea)

i love the strawberry fresher with lemonade, I ordered one at this Dunkin, and it literally tasted and looked like soap, will not be coming back here

I went to Dunkin’ to get a coffee and a donut, but honestly the service wasn’t good at all. The workers seemed like they didn’t care about customers and acted like we were bothering them. I waited and waited and nobody asked how I was or smiled, and I felt like I was invisible. The coffee was fine but the way they treated people really spoiled the whole thing. I’m Dominican and I always love good service, so this was disappointing and I probably won’t go back.

The service here is getting worse. My senior mother went today at 6am 9/30/25 and asked the employee why she wasnt handling her coffee instead of sending it to the end of the counter. The employee rudely snapped back and told her if she had a problem and told her she was going to call the police. To the owner if your employees cant deal with a simple question you need to revist your hiring process.i will contact you directly.

I ordered through UberEATS. I chose the Oreo cold brew ice cream 24oz. Fresh pack. Instead I received a damaged rocky road ice cream. My friend can’t have nuts so obviously it was discarded. This is a major allergy food safety issue. Very poorly handled.

If the owner ever reads customers comments. Please do something about it . Today 10/8/2025 at 11:45pm . I went in with my husband and this worker was so rude to us it’s not the first time . He literally was talking bad to us for just us asking him if he could heat up a cheddar cheese twist . The place is literally empty. Why get mad when we asked nicely. Most of the employees are really rude they even talk bad about other customers in front of you it’s crazy . We go there to purchase nothing is giving out for free to be treated that way .
