Had catering from here once and it wasn’t anything special, so didn’t come here on my own for a long time… Then I came for a cheesesteak one day and it was a 10 fold improvement. I’d absolutely recommend Jersey Mikes over every other sub place now. The prices are reasonable too. 5/5

I placed an order at the wrong store on accident on the mobile app. I called immediately and the lady working was very rude. She hung the phone up on me twice and the 3rd time calling I was able to explain the situation. But she falsely claimed that they made the food already and there was nothing they could do (I called within 30 seconds of placing the order ) so that was a lie which I called them out on. So she quickly said they would cancel my order and refund my money and then abruptly hung the phone up on me again. All I wanted is a refund of my money and I never did receive a refund. I’m very disappointed don’t thing me or my family will be eating at Jersey mikes anymore

I went there at 10:30 one person in front of me took over 10 minutes to help him ask for rosemary bread and they said not made yet that should be made prior to opening. There was two employees helping this one guy then the employee disappeared instead of helping me and I had to wait for the woman employee to finish up with a guy in front of me I go over there on my lunch break, which is a half hour with travel time. I don’t have all the time in the world don’t go here if you’re in a rush because they suck.

We came in late last night and needed to order 4 subs. Since it was late, they didnt have any white bread left, but that is completely understandable since it was the end of the day and because they bake their bread each day. We ordered our subs and had a few small mixups while trying to get them completed. The employees were polite and apologetic and made everything right.
We love this location and we’ll be back as always!

Staff was quick to take our order. Restaurant was very clean and well organized for how busy they were. Subs were generously sized and very good tasting. Will definitely be going back to try other subs. Pepsi products at the fountain. It’s a very busy street corner so getting in and out can be tricky sometimes.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Gloves on the floor, crumbs everywhere, somebody’s sandwich sitting off of the cutting board, the gross looking touch screen….all bad. There were only two workers and there was a long line of customers on a Friday at dinner time. I’m sure I will get the usual canned response from corporate, something to the effect of “Sorry you had a bad experience. I hope you will give us another try.” The customer service wasn’t great either, as you would expect. I stood at the pickup line for a good five minutes before I was acknowledged and finally given my order that had most likely been sitting there for a good twenty minutes. Will not return.

I tried a tuna sub here and while it was very tasty, it was quite messy. At the very least, they didn’t skimp on toppings. The staff was decent, and the atmosphere was pretty standard for fast food. I’d like to try their other sandwiches, but the tuna wasn’t bad (just messy). At least I got an idea of what Jersey Mike’s is like now, and it’s probably a step or two above the other big sandwich chains.

we have mobile ordered multiple times, only for it to come out at least 20 minutes AFTER the scheduled pick up time, every. single. time. if you are in a rush for lunch or dinner, pick somewhere else.
they never have an answer for the delays and you have to request for your sub to be made when you arrive EVEN if you placed a mobile order.
will be getting subway or mcallisters from now on!
