The chicken pasta is very good. Huge portion with juicy chicken. Then lemon chicken gravy was so good!y daughter enjoyed the mushroom ravioli.

Their bread was a 12/10! The hummus is great also.

Excellent service and delicious food!! We were in a bit of a rush and they were very conscientious and got us out on time without comprising our food!! We ordered the brussel sprout salad, the crab cake, and chicken souvlaki wrap. I’m usually not a wrap person, but this was amazing!! Incredibly tasty! The crab cake was HUGE — crispy on the outside and super lumpy crab on the inside. I highly recommend going!

Update: we went again! It was delicious! Fresh bread, tasty vegetables, and well cooked/seasoned meat!

A group of 9 of us celebrated my best friends birthday Friday evening. I’ve dined here before but everything and everyone was on their A-game. I’d like to shoutout our server, Thomas, who was fantastic. He had a really positive attitude and showed excitement to serve our table from beginning to end. They let us have a small cake and decorations on our table and an additional cake to eat. Our appetizers, food and drinks were served perfectly. Reasonable time, hot, and fresh. For martinis we highly recommend the key lime pie martini, blueberry martini & espresso martini. Really great buffalo tenders, hummus and bread. We got a variety of salad, sandwiches and pastas for entrees and everyone was happy.

Been coming here for years and it never disappoints.
This visit was date night. Started with the house bread and homemade hummus *chef’s kiss*
We got the salmon and swordfish for dinner. They were cooked to perfection and the risotto was unbelievable.
We each had THE espresso martini.
Got a pepperoni and onion pizza to go.

Everything was delicious and to drive this point home, we could hear the guy at the table next to us fawning over how delicious his meal was too.

Can’t wait to come back soon!

I got a blackberry mojito it was very good. Started with bread and the house made hummus which was delicious and creamy and had a nice touch of red pepper flavor. Pizza was perfect, crispy and I used the crust to eat more hummus, it was that good. Buffalo wings were flavorful and I got to try the ranch and blue cheese . Fries were served with this garlic aioli sauce also made in house that was amazing. I liked all the details put into the food & presentation.
Service & Staff is excellent.
If you go on a weekend evening definitely make a reservation and allow time to find parking/

Soma is a beautiful restaurant with a swanky vibe. The ambiance is exceptional and the homemade hummus with fresh bread is to die for-I could have just eaten that! The drinks and service were great. My pasta dish was a little lackluster and the pasta fell apart, which is usually an indication that it isn’t fresh, but the other components of the dish were satisfactory. My counterpart had the brick chicken and enjoyed it very much. The flourless chocolate cake with vanilla ice-cream and salted caramel drizzle was the chef’s kiss to end the night. Definitely recommend!

Dave is a great bartender. Look at the photos of my espresso martini. That’s from start to almost through drinking it! Somehow, the design is still in tact. And it tastes great!!

Also the lamb shank special was to die for!!

Hubs and I had a date night to see a show at the Cabot Theater just down the street, so we made reservations for dinner here at Soma. We arrived and were seated promptly on time in a cozy booth next to the windows so we could people-watch too 🙂 (of note, it is quite dark in there!)

Our server, Liz, was a well-trained server who knew the importance of prompt, efficient service on a show night! She started us off with complimentary bread and housemade hummus, and O M G. This was the smoothest, creamiest hummus I have EVER tasted! It was seasoned to perfection; after a couple of bites, I thought it might need a bit more salt or lemon but then changed my mind. Even when the bread was gone, I scooped and scraped the last bits with the cute mini spoon they provided! Whew, all that for something complimentary! It gave me great hopes for the rest of the meal!

Drinks: hubs had a beer, and I started with the cucumber Cosmo, nice twist but too sweet; I switched to dirty martinis, and those were bangin’!

Dinner: we opted to share two small pizzas, thinking they were like personal pan-sized- HA, we would have been okay ordering one! We chose the mushroom and sausage and then the garlic shrimp. Both came out timely and hot! The shrimp was cooked perfectly, and the lovely essence of garlic with the fondita cheese was divine. The broccolini was a huge hit as well, tender but still had some bite to it. Some roasted garlic on top would have put this pizza in the top 1 or 2 pizzas I have ever had! The pizza crust was chewy, crusty, and not limp at all! The mushroom pizza was okay in my book; the mushrooms tasted off to me, but to be honest, it is a hit or miss with me and mushrooms! Hubs enjoyed it very much. There might have been a little too much sauce, and the wilted spinach on top was not needed, but it added a nice presentation.

We, of course, could not finish both, which is a shame because we ubered and there was nowhere to store the leftovers 🙁

Overall, it was a wonderful experience at Soma, and we will be back!!
