Wow! The food was really good! Pizza, Caesar salad, truffle fries, and Italian sandwich were plentiful and very tasty. Very friendly staff too. Only knock was listening to grunge music over the sound system. This genre of music isn’t enjoyable/relaxing while eating in this really great Italian deli. Other than that, we enjoyed our lunch very much.

On Marco Island there are many restaurants. The food at the Italian Deli is very reasonably priced and delicious. We enjoyed it so much we went there three days in a row!. Each time we ordered something different. They also have early lunch pizza specials and a sit down bar. In the restaurant you order food at the counter and they bring it to your table. We especially want to say how great Rhonda was. She was upbeat,friendly and even remembered my name! We give her 5 stars ! Having a person like her on a restaurant is a rarity these days, especially someone who is GENUINELY friendly and happy at her career. I highly recommend this restaurant and I hope you do too!

I had the pleasure of stopping by your Italian deli and market for lunch today while I was in town. I’m so glad a few locals recommended your spot!
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the chef clearly knows their craft. I was absolutely delighted with the chicken cutlet sandwich – the chicken was cooked perfectly, and the fresh bread, mozzarella, and other toppings were outstanding. Honestly, it was amazing!
Please keep up the great service.

PIZZA WASN’T MADE RIGHT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EVEN WORSE!
If you want your pizza made correctly, go somewhere else.
If you don’t want to be frustrated by poor customer service, go somewhere else.
This used to be our favorite pizza joint in Marco until tonight. I ordered the Bruschetta pizza which is supposed to have basil but they left it off. Basil is a key ingredient for the flavor of this pizza.
It’s like getting their kitchen sink pizza and they leave off the pepperoni.
I called them when I got back to our condo and was met with a lot of resistance. She said they would remake it but I had to bring the wrongly made pizza back with NO offer to give me a credit for my inconvenience due to THEIR mistake. Said that was the owners’s policy. What a joke!
It appears as if my only recourse is giving them this bad review. I hope you take this experience to heart before you decide to get your food here.

this had been a long-time favorite of ours, until tonight when we found a roach in our to-go order. we can tolerate the long lines, lack of organization, cold pizza, and even the wrong orders, but tonight they crossed the line. unfortunately the manager was “too busy” to talk to me when I called, so I will share the photo with him this way.

Highly recommend The Italian Deli and Market. In my opinion, best Italian food on the island. I love that you can order with the front desk attendant, pay and then you can sit anywhere and the staff will bring you out your food. The stuffed olives, the wings, the pizza… I can go on and on about how delicious the food is. Half my family is in NY, and this food is definitely close to that NY Italian taste.

If you’re a pizza geek you know that Cheese Pizza is always the go-to to evaluate a venue. The Cheese Pizza here @ The Italian Deli is incredibly delicious. A Barstool 9.5 if we can get Dave Portnoy to Marco.
