I’m going to be completely honest with you, this place isn’t very good. Despite being in a state that has access to fresh fish and seafood, this place uses always frozen. Fish texture is that grainy, mushy kind. I’m not expecting Japan level sushi, but for the prices that you’re paying per roll, you’d expect a little better. Atmosphere is fine, tables are a little sticky (you know what I’m talking about). Food presentation is good though, staff are hit or miss. Go here with expectations, then you may find this place okay to fix your sushi craving.

Without a doubt, this is one of the best sushi restaurants in Everett. The food was incredibly delicious—the best sushi I’ve ever tasted. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and friendly. Service was swift and efficient. The entire restaurant was peaceful, clean, and inviting. I highly recommend it!

Had to edit this review: We had a lovely time at Ho Sushi Bistro in Everett WA.. Date night!! The tea (that just kept pouring) was like a warm hug and the food was delicious! It was cold and rainy outside but this place warmed us up. This place has never disappointed this picky eater.. The service was great. We waited until 4pm for their evening hours. Well worth it! Thank you!!
Edit: We went there again today and it is still delicious. Y’all must try the brown rice green tea! Happy faces on our face and the wonderful server! We added more photos. Thanks again!

My husband and I ate at here today, always looking for a great sushi spot. Didn’t expect how great it would be. It’s located in Everett and from the outside maybe you would think should you eat here but inside surprised us and the food plus service and the excellent presentation of our food really amazes us don’t judge a book by it’s cover. This place may not look like a lot on the outside but the staff and the food is really amazing

I was very excited to try this place out for the first time. Upon entering, my friend and I weren’t greeted and just stared at. At first I thought we had arrived close to closing, but upon checking, we were there two hours before they closed. I greeted the lady and asked for a table for two please. She hands us three menus and explains what they’re all for. One for food, one with pictures, and the other (QR code) has drinks. This was a confusing experience, but nonetheless we looked at the options. The lady came back quickly to ask what we would like to drink, but we haven’t got to that menu yet so my friend asked if she could let us know what they have. Rudely, the lady says “Like I said, you can see the drinks if you scan that QR code.” Then proceeds to name a few drinks in a passive aggressive way. Immediately, we were uncomfortable so we decided to leave. Thanking the lady and the chef and letting them know we were leaving. The lady didn’t say anything, just rolled her eyes, and the chef without looking up, said “okay.” Pretty disappointed. We ended up going to our regular sushi spot, Zen Sushi, which is up the street. The service is amazing, always greeted and saluted, informative servers, and the food is amazing!

Calamari- not my favorite
And 3 rolls . Out of the 3, the Diablo roll was my favorite. Everything was fresh, nice presentation, and super yummy .

Definitely my new favorite sushi place either rolls or actual sushi the fish taste great and the food comes out very quick, the service is very quick and super polite plus it’s very chill and calm environment.
Great place to go out for a date night and grab a bite would highly recommend

2nd best sushi in Snohomish county. My only complaint is they were apparently not answering there phone because I called multiple times for a take out order . I ended up just going there and placing a order. I heard the phone ringing the entire time I was there but no one picked up lol. Absolutely delicious sushi though! Service for dining in is great and the staff is nice.

Pretty good spot. Went there for lunch and they do have some pretty decent lunch specials.
Their rolls have some pretty weird names so I can’t remember the name of my order. It was a soy wrapped crunch roll like one. Pretty good, definitely more “Americanized” versions of sushi. The miso soup broth was not good, in my opinion, but my friend liked it.
The place was not busy for a “lunch rush.” The server was really friendly and the decor probably looks better at night.
Prices are a little too high for the quality, but I’d eat here again.

My new favorite sushi spot , pricing is great , great portions I love all their rolls , stuffed jalapeños tempura and shrimp dumplings are really good.
Recently went , el Diablo roll my favorite. Jumbo cali is good if you like fried rolls and noodles are also delicious with options to substitute brother to vegetarian broth
Service is so friendly and making sure we have what we need!
