Ordered a Thai tea with boba at the store. Asked for no ice and made sure he heard me because it was not on the screen. Waited 20 minutes for my drink while watching others in front of me get their drink. My drink was sitting on the counter full of ice. I never received a receipt so I didn’t have a number. Horrible service. There was no line and I still had to wait 20 minutes for a simple drink. Avoid this place for food and drinks. They have no idea what they are doing. There is another bubble tea place right down the street that is 10 times better. Also, it was almost $9 for a simple Thai tea with boba. Probably 25% overpriced.

I just love this place. So calm and chill and just peaceful with really delicious things to eat and drink 🙂 definitely going there anytime I can! Thanks for your great service. Plus, I really like the employees they are nice!

I really used to like the matcha smoothie! But now they leave all ice on the drink and its supposed to be well blended cause again its a smoothie.. and I add on the notes “please blend twice, don’t leave pieces of ice” and they still do.. when you pay $9 for a drink you expect a good tasty drink not something bad.

The service at this location is fast and friendly, but the drinks are consistently bad. The black milk tea was overstepped, bitter, and watery. The Mango marble was missing its usual bite and the earl gray had no flavor. The brown sugar tasted like nothing more than sugary bitter water with the powder. This specific location needs to work on its tea brewing and drink ratios.

This place is hit or miss depending on who’s working. If you have any alternative instructions (alt milk, less ice/sugar, add ingredients), then you’re in trouble even if you order through the kiosk which prints all your preferences.

Something taste off… I order same thing from gongcha but this location I feel like they use different ingredients or something. Milk has this dry, powdery, and raw aftertaste that I can’t stand of, and purple sweet potato tastes expired lol… I wonder why this location have such a low stars
