We have gone to Firehouse Subs 2 days in a row and Martin and his crew were there both nights. We put in an online order for 5 of us. They were fairly busy the first night and they still made our subs with some love and efficiency. Those Subs were amazing, there were no left overs and everyone left full and happy. Martin and his crew were super friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and made sure everything was made with so much love. You could tell they knew what they were doing. The second day we had another online order for 5 people. Again, Martin and his crew went above and beyond to make sure our experience was amazing. We had great conversation and again, the Subs were perfect. We will definitely be back and I hope Martin and his crew are there again. You don’t get service like that many places anymore. Thank you Martin and crew, you were amazing!!

If I could give 0 star rating I would. 30+ minutes for 2 sandwiches on a slow Sunday afternoon. Walked in there was 2 people who already had their food and one couple ahead of me. They ordered, then I ordered, we both sat for about 20 minutes they got their food, I sit and wait another 10-15 minutes before getting mine. Meanwhile 8+ customers walk in, place and order and get their food before me. Absolutely terrible business practice. They also had no pickles and only had wheat bread to serve on a Sunday. Whoever is in charge needs to wake up and fix their issues. Paying $30 and waiting over 30 minutes for 2 mediocre sandwiches is just insane.

Worst experience ever. Not just for a firehouse. For any establishment. First, they couldn’t grant the deal for half off a cold sun when you buy a hot, because they didn’t get that specific bread. Yet you could make it with another bread. Not too hard. Staff was not very friendly. It took at least 20 min to get two subs! So slow and not very busy. And then when they hand me the paper bag with subs inside; the bag has all kinds of sauces on it from the workers messy gloves. I looked at the guy and he just said sorry. Like no changing of gloves and fresh bag. So I had to go get napkins to wipe the bag off for carry out. Like seriously? Change your gloves more frequently and clean your hands off. Terrible customer service: food was sub par. Chicken bacon ranch also didn’t have bacon on it. Absolutely aweful. Don’t go here.

I’ve been to this establishment a number of times and each visit I’ve been completely satisfied w my sub sandwich, the staff and the dining facility.
Every sandwich has been made w a good meat/cheese/veggie to bun ratio and I “special order” my sandwich each time and there’s never been a mistake.
Items are always fresh and honestly delicious!
The staff at this location has always been courteous, patient and helpful – I’ve never encountered the rude manager that’s been mentioned in other reviews so I can not say one way or another if that behavior has continued.
On this visit I was informed before ordering that the entire staff is new and in training so that there may be a delay in getting my order in a timely manner. No issue for me as everyone is new in their job at one point. Sitting at a table w my drink and people watching is an enjoyable past time for me.

Love their sandwiches. I always get a cold sub, but most of their sandwiches are toasted and hot. I admire that they give back to the fire departments. I wish every restaurant was able to do that or something similar; give back and it will be returned to…I believe that.

I love firehouse sandwiches. This was my first time eating here in a couple years or so and I forgot how good it is. They only have hot sandwich options though, nothing cold. I personally prefer my sandwiches hot but that’s the only thing I would imagine being something anyone could complain about.

This store is going downhill fast. They have been advertising a new sandwich for 3 weeks. Been in several times and they always say they don’t have it. Here tonight and had to pick my 4th choice because they are out of metaballs, chicken, brisket, beef, you name it. Every customer also seem to be going not with their first choice. So got the absolute smallest sandwich I have ever had the displeasure of spending $10 on, totally skimped on meat. I didn’t want to believe what others were saying, but it’s true. Hopefully corporate sees this and makes changes.

Usually pretty good service and subs are good. But few times back a couple of the staff were making out. Then last 2 of 3 times they forgot to include the pickle on the side. Probably will go back but going to make them open the bag and check for that pickle, each and every time.

This location, the food was amazing! I live in Anthem and normally eat at the Firehouse Subs here, which is good, but then went up north and ate at this location and, wow. I Don’t know what they do differently, but it was sooo good. And the customer service was great. Bathroom was clean. Great job guys.
