Today I made an order for me and my wyfe. Mine was a Double Smoke Shake with crispy onions and the onions were missing. My wife asked a Single Smoke Shake with gluten free bread and the bread came almost frozen.

Shake Shack never disappoints! From the moment I walked in, the place smelled incredible and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I ordered the ShackBurger and crinkle-cut fries, and honestly — perfection. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right, with that signature Shake Shack sauce that takes it to another level. The fries were crispy and golden, and the milkshake? Thick, creamy, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had.
Everything came out hot, fresh, and fast, and the restaurant itself was clean and comfortable with a great vibe. You can really tell they care about quality and service.
I can’t recommend Shake Shack enough — it’s the perfect spot for anyone who loves good food and good energy. Definitely a 5-star experience all around!

I know all Shake Shack locations are supposed to be the same, but this one is way better than the others! The customer service was outstanding—honestly, some of the best I’ve ever experienced. The burger tasted super fresh, and the milkshake was delicious. Give them a try you won’t regret it!

The girl packing the food was extremely rude and rolled her eyes when I called out that a burger was missing from our order. She proceeded to hand us the wrong one, and then had an attitude making the correct burger and did not say anything when she handed it to me. She needs to be taught better customer experience with a customer facing role like that.

Shake Shack never disappoints! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The service is friendly and fast, and the atmosphere has that perfect casual-yet-modern vibe. I got the chance to meet Kendall one of the employees and he was so sweet and kind.

The most disappointing fast food meal I’ve had in a long time. After a day of running around at work i would’ve eaten a burger out of the trash- but every item in my order was messed up. Bacon avocado burger had a sliver of avocado was literally dripping grease, bacon cheese fries had no bacon and a glob of flavorless cheese, and my cherry limeade tasted like the bottom of the dish bin, or when ice melts at the bottom of your drink, so watered down and no flavor at all. This is the second time I’ve been here and been thoroughly disappointed. However, the staff is incredibly friendly, I watched a guy help a not so nice older couple at the self checkout with a smile. So two stars instead of one, if you’re expecting a good fast food burger this ain’t it especially not for $30!!!

Good food, but they’re massively overhyped. Expensive and they have the gall to ask you for a tip at the iPad kiosks before having to clear your own table when you’re done eating. Fountain drinks ($3.99 for a large) aren’t refillable and are filled three quarters of the way with ice. Not impressed with the portion size or cost of sides either.
