The evening that I went there.The staff was absolutely amazing.The 3 girls that helped me were very welcoming, very helpful, even made me laugh.The place was very clean and they kept a very tight shift which I appreciated. That was only 3 of them working.But they had the drive through , as well as the registers running perfectly , there was not one person sitting there waiting long for their food.

The food and smoothies were delicious! We had chipotle chicken club, buffalo chicken wrap, and my favorite — the spicy Thai chicken wrap! For smoothies we had mango monsoon, chocolate covered strawberry, and mocha madness. All delicious! Very friendly & helpful staff, too. The only negative is the furniture for dining in is all very hard, no cushions, and not great for older dolks or folks who have mobility issues.

I’ve been ordering the same smoothie for over 7 years and know the recipe well. I have also worked for multiple specialty beverage companies, Tropical Smoothie being one. Sadly, this location has been inconsistent over my last several visits… On my most recent visit, my smoothie was remade multiple times. I really hated to ask each time, but these weren’t even close. Loose and grainy texture. Notable key features stayed missing despite even naming them. While the staff wasn’t rude, they gave silence as customer service… Given the $20 I’m willing to pay for two beverages, consistency of product is important. I ended up walking away unhappy despite multiple chances to make things right. Unfortunately this location just has stayed unreliable. I hope quality improves so I can eventually return.

I just got done going through the drive through at this tropical smoothie. We pay and then sit there for like 3 minutes and then the lady comes and asks if we got our smoothies, we tell her no and then she goes and makes them and then hands them to us. We then sit there for what felt like 15 minutes and a line of cars is forming behind us and we’re just like what is going on. Finally the lady looks at the drive through window and saw us, came up to the window grabs the bag on the counter and says sorry for the wait. So we waited there all that extra time because she forgot to just hand us our order, and I feel bad for all the other people behind us in line having to wait all that time.

We stopped in for a bowl, and they did not disappoint! My order was out within minutes. The gentleman was very kind and courteous, he helped assist in getting the bowl i wanted. The staff were very helpful in helpful me decide what I was looking for as i have a texture issue, and they were spot on! The place was clean, staff professional. Would definitely recommend this place!

It’s been so long since I had eaten at Tropical Smoothie. I got the chipotle chicken club, my absolute favorite. It was still very much the same delicious flatbread. I tried their blimey limey. Blimey, it was great 😀 Great flavors. Would definitely get it again.

I went in to get one of the new smoothies that came out and had a great experience. Bailey was extremely nice and gave out great recommendations for food. Even though the store was busy she was making sure all the customers received good customer service. I definitely will be returning!

Very unprofessional workers. “Tameka” walked around the kitchen, the store, and the parking lot in socks, no shoes, the whole time I was there while also shouting/cussing multiple times in conversation with her coworkers. She was trying to take drive thru orders on her headset while also halfway listening to customers order at the register. Took her 15 minutes to make my smoothie when the other workers made the other part of my order in 2 minutes.

I have frequent this particular tropical smoothie store on fire tower in Greenville, North Carolina and the food is sloppy now and I have stopped going because of it.
They need to put people there that cares about the food and the presentation of it.
