I love jersey mikes but I am trying to go low carb. When my wife ordered the buffalo chicken cheese steak for me as a bowl, this is what i saw when she got home. A bowl for sure but just a pinch of lettuce.

I put in an online order, the order was not ready at the time specified. When I arrived, I waited for a few minutes, then a staff member asked me if I was waiting for an order. I said yes. The staff member seemed confused, and walked away. Then another customer came in, the staff member proceeded to help the walk in customer. After they finished, I politely asked if the they had started making my order. The staff member smuggly said “no”. I couldn’t wait any longer so I told him I would have to cancel the order. He then rudely responded “Well your order wasn’t supposed to be ready for another five minutes” This is a lie, the original time the order was supposed to be done by had been extended because of how long they were taking. Absolutely HORRIBLE service and RUDE employees. I will never be back to this location.

While the food is always good, the service at this location is terrible. I ordered online and was told that our food would be ready at 12:18 PM. We get there to pick up on time and it took almost an hour for us, and others, to get our food. The staff also fixed in person orders before online orders and would get snippy with those who were asking about their online orders.

Very disappointed in the quality of the sandwiches I received. Very little lettuce, the bacon was barely existent, and the tuna was a thin spread. I checked all of the sandwiches and all I could say to the gentleman was that the sandwiches looked “sad”. He added more lettuce, but I think it was really the two people doing follow up that didn’t make them well. Not going to this JM again. I prefer the JM off State Line.

I would like to bring to your attention the behavior of an employee at this location. On November 13th, at approximately 6:45 pm, I observed a taller man with a bald head and goatee speaking to a female employee in a demeaning manner. His behavior was unprofessional and made the other employees, as well as myself, feel uncomfortable. As a regular customer, I have never encountered this individual before and hope he is not in a position of authority, as his behavior was unacceptable.

I went to this Jersey Mikes and the manager ethan was so nice and he sliced my sub up professionally like he loved his job, and the staff was amazing in general. The behavior of the employees was so respectful! Overall this store has amazing people, an atmosphere welcoming. Most important the food was amazing, fast, efficient, and tasteful. The sandwiches hot subs and cold subs were exceptional. Made with care, intent, and a drive to serve customers with respect.
