I come here consistently and I have two favorite baristas but Kyann is my favorite! She’s ALWAYS smiling and kind. My mobile order drink is simple but she remembers me and says hi every time.

The staff in this store seems to change DAILY (I did see that Starbucks closed several locations in the area so maybe they were able to save jobs and absorb them throughout other locations ‍♀️) but either way my order is typically prepared the same every day. No, it’s not consistent every day, but I could make it myself at home if I wanted to be uber picky.

So I am thankful for this location, its staff and a strong cup of drip coffee in the morning. Thanks!! ☕️

The floor was really dirty by door. This location needs to clean more thoroughly. Product was ok..but the coffee in my Mocha tasted burnt. It was definitely not a Starbucks standard.

I frequent this location often because it is convenient to my house. 9/10 times the employees are rude and dismissive. Today was no exception and both of our venti coffees were only 3/4 of the way full at best. I am just confused as to why you would only fill the cup partially full and think nothing of it. $7 for a cup of coffee it would be nice to get your full order. Sounds petty right? Well, It is until you have an issue every.Single.Time you go there. Its very frustrating to constantly correct an order.

Absolutely insane the wait times at this Starbucks over the course of more than ten times I have been here. That’s on me to keep coming back but coffee places tend to be limited in Woodburn. I really hope to have a less than 15 minute wait for a simple Flat White whenever I get the craving for one, but here I am again and it’s probably going to be 30 minutes, read that AGAIN: 30 minutes before I get handed my drink. What is going on at this place? This has been CONSISTENT for months of really horrible wait times for coffee. Is it a management problem not being able to accurately and consistently staff workers for “rush hours”? Like come on, you’re Starbucks, not some indie shop in Portland. Holy.

Upate: took 15 minutes just to order through the drive through.

Secondly: I have also gone inside to order when the lines have been long in the drive thru and there’s absolutely no difference. Probably worse, last time I ordered inside I was made to wait unnecessarily for my drink until I pointed out it was done. So that’s why I’m avoiding the inside cause at least I’m waiting to get it handed to me and not it sitting on the counter.

Like I understand being short staffed but then that’s the fault of management for not doing anything about it. Every single barista I have interacted with is super nice, but these wait times are absolutely killer. Management, please help your employees out.

This is the last time I’m ever coming to this place.

Typical Starbucks, ordered latte and a vanilla latte. Service was fast and efficient. Only issue there was display stand had a ton of fruit flys. I pointed it out and they mentioned they don’t serve food from there.

If I were them, I would still take care of it. There were almost 50 fruit flys in there. Not good for Starbucks standards.

This location has to be the worst Starbucks we visited during our travels. We ordered ahead to save time. Four items, each came out individually and one item they forgot to make it, waited additional 13 mins to get it. Trash bags next to food and bathroom was pretty raunchy. Definitely could use some pride in your work!

Head cashier was the most unfriendly, unapproachable woman. Which seemed to affect all the other workers who also were rude. They ignore customers that come to the counter for their drinks or with questions. Coffee is good.

I love Starbucks and I work at the outlet so when I get a chance I always stop. Usually when I see a big line I don’t even bother to stop for a drink. The other day I saw there was only a car in line and decided to get a drink. It took me 15 mins to get a simple hot caramel macchiato, which btw wasn’t even hot. The staff is always so nice, but the drive thru is so slow. I don’t know why they close the Starbucks at the mall, worst decision ever.

Ordered 2 coffees. First one was decaf because of medical issues…they put regular. While waiting for drink 2, they busies themselves in a near empty shop. Finally they came to drop drink 2, we were able to request adjustments on wrong order (drink 1)
Annoyed look, she took it and closed the window. One minute later she came back and said they could fix it ( like it was our fault) then we proceeded to wait …. Over 5 minutes …..waiting. Finally, she came back, opened window, handed it over and shut the window abruptly. No sorry or thanks, no get out a my line, NO EYE CONTACT. While pulling out, the lid.fwll off of drink2 and drink one was nasty. Still not sure if there was caffeine so didn’t drink it to avoid a medical emergency. Do better ladies.
