Honestly, pretty disappointed. The technology looked cool at first, but the sensors were super inconsistent — one swing would register, the next wouldn’t, even if it was solid contact. The staff seemed more interested in chatting behind the counter than helping troubleshoot. We waited almost 20 minutes past our reservation time with no apology or urgency.

The space itself felt cramped, and the environment didn’t match the price point. You’re better off going to the range or trying a different simulator spot with more reliable equipment and actual customer service.

Not worth the hype.

Overall a great experience at The Approach. The simulators are good size and respond well. The graphics on the simulators leave a little to desire however. Food was great, bar staff was friendly and made good drinks. Pricing will need to be evaluated….well over $300 for a few hours and a few drinks and four guys.

The facility was clean and a great experience. The bays have great performance/responsiveness, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful/attentive and the kids enjoyed the boneless wings. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a respite from the Winter weather, or an opportunity to continue improving your game.

We had a great time at The Approach! The curved screen creates a whole new environment that feels larger, more open & not as confining as other simulators I’ve played. The entire space housing the (5) simulators is extremely well done. With a huge bar, tables & couches to sit back & relax either before or after your round, The Approach is a must!

My sisters and I had the best time golfing!! (As did our husband’s a couple bays down!) Super nice facility with cozy couches and TV’s for the non golfers to hang. Great service and delicious drinks! We will definitely be back!!
