My husband and I ate the other day for lunch and it was the best roast beef and crinkle fries we’ve had compared to any of the locations weve tried numerous times. It was fresh and the fries weren’t soaked in grease and the cheese sauce was very good! The others do not compare..the management was very nice and it was clean! Will definitely be a place we go back to.

I tried the new special and was disappointed with the initial order. The fries, cheese sticks, and sandwiches were cold, and the drink was much smaller than I expected.
That said, the manager was very nice and promptly replaced the fries and sandwiches with hot ones, which I appreciated. He also offered either a refund or replacement for those items, which was good customer service.
However, in my opinion, the entire box should have been replaced since most of it arrived cold. The only items that were warm from the original order were the peach dessert and the jalapeno bites.
Once the hot food was replaced, it actually tasted pretty good. Still, due to the overall experience, we probably won’t be back for a while.

Went in for lunch had a Greek Gyro meal with a shake instead of a fountain drink. The meal was good; however, the restaurant itself needed some touch up cleaning. The floors were a little sticky and some of the tables needed wiping down. Was almost empty when I was there, but I did not mind, because I do not like too many when I am in a restaurant.

First off, the curly fries, beef and cheddar sandwich smothered in thd cheddar nacho cheese, and roast beef on those amazing buns! And some mozzarella sticks and a jamocha shake on the side. I don’t get it often, but it’s hella good. The Arby’s sauce is my top sauce for everything dipping sauce related. Even got a bottle at home.
This location was fast and friendly when we went through the drive thru for lunch on our trip. The outside building and parking lot had a clean and presentable appearance. My overall experience was great, and this was definitely a location that deserves five stars when it comes to all expectations with fast food restaurants!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My boyfriend had ordered the ORIGINAL white cheddar mac and cheese, when we got the box it had pieces of mashed potatoes and bacon on the side like it had been scooped out and then Mac and cheese was put in that same box. I asked if the utensils and sauces were in the bag before pulling off and they said yes, yet we didn’t get any of that. Also not understanding why they took the slider BOXES away because now it’s a whole big mess with the wrapper, they may not be able to do much about that but as a preference the boxes are better.
