Online order gone wrong. Ordered one Dubai chocolate mocha and one Dubai chocolate matcha. Had to return to get the correct one. Thanks to supervisor Sam on shift Monday tonight for agreeing to remake the drink without further issues from anyone else.
For the taste of these two—if you like a strong & bold taste, go with the Mocha, and if you like a lighter & organic taste, go with the Matcha.

I went here back in the summer of 2018 sometime after it was opened. My first order here was a strawberry-flavored drink. Don’t remember the name, but it was really good. The server was a really nice guy.

I had to rate it low. I love the ladies at the window but I don’t understand why we can’t get what we paid for. We pay so much for a tall coffee and we can’t even get a full cup. Please give us what we pay for. My cup was 25% foam. I am not paying for foam. Disappointed.

The barista that made my frappuccino didn’t make enough to fill the venti cup so they just put the whipped cream in the rest of the cup to make up the difference then used a regular lid, instead of making it correctly or making more with the whipped cream on top of the filled cup with a frappuccino lid. I basically paid $8 for a grande instead of a venti. Not cool. Plus, it was mostly melted when I picked it up on time, so the barista would have had enough time to make the drink correctly but chose not to. Give people what they pay for, not try to cover up your mistake with whipped cream. I don’t think it’s worth going back to this location anymore, at least for myself. It’s near my home so it’s been convenient, but I keep having issues here.

Not sure what’s going on with the new recent baristas/ drive through window but every time some sort of issue; either they don’t even bother to offer straws or they rush to turn away, they ignore orders light ice or they don’t top off the drink and have to ask them to do it. Considering the high prices the orders should be made to request

I just stopped by for a cup of water, I ride my bicycle more lately due to gas prices, and it seems as though, lately, it’s getting harder to just get a cup of water. I was charged 50 cents at coffee bean. And the water was excellent!!! And thanks to the service, didn’t even blink an eye when I asked for a cup of water only.
