Food was excellent the first time I ordered the following 3 times they did not add sauce to the pizza first time okay cool second time maybe coincidence but 3 times is unacceptable and I selected extra sauce on the last order. Called the store to check if maybe they didn’t have the honey bbq sauce rep told me cook didn’t remember the order she just made 20 minutes ago offered to remake but I don’t trust that they would’ve remade the pizzas with good intentions so I denied the remake. Thinking i probably should do my orders in store rather than online maybe it will come out how ordered. Still very disappointed!

This store is 5 minutes far from me, but I chose delivery, and it took 2 hours and 10 minutes that they deliver. The driver went to some cities around to deliver other foods first and then came to me that was the closest!
Also, i ordered New York style pizza but they made handmade, both pizza and sandwich that I ordered were completely cold. I’m not gonna order from this store any more!

The worst dominos ever. Marks your order as being “prepped” but it doesnt go in the oven until over a half hr later?? Then, the pizza will have little to no sauce on it.
One of the times they messed up so bad (picture below), the pizza was not cut properly at all, the order was for HALF BUFFALO CHICKEN AND HALF PLAIN- there was no plain as the whole pie was covered in buffalo sauce. This was after waiting 45 minutes past the time expected for pick up.
Next order after this was given to the wrong person after waiting a HOUR for it to be ready and I had to argue for them to remake my order even after providing the order number & details then they said they didnt even know english (spanish speaking only??). Took over a half hr to get the new pie and it was not that busy. Only 1-2 names on the screen besides mine.
This facility is awful and needs an entire new staff at this point.

they dont like putting extra sauce on pizza at this location. it literally says in big letters on my receipt EXTRA ROBUST SAUCE but it looks like they put LESS than the standard amound of sauce. so i basically just got cheese and bread. i cant eat pizza if i cant taste the sauce on it.

I was made to wait 55 minutes for just 1 large pizza, and my order was marked as “ready” in the system even though it wasn’t actually ready. When I asked why they marked it as ready if it wasn’t, they ignored me. The store staff and management were terrible, other customers were also kept waiting for a long time, and no one seemed satisfied. Everyone looked frustrated from waiting.

Last night, my lady and I were hungry so we decided to order Domino’s. Upon my arrival to pick it up the order, I observed that there was only one employee (Heavy set hispanic male with glasses) working in the entire establishment. He caught my attention because he was scratching his hair and digging in his ear. He then proceeded to hand a different customer his order, and headed directly to the preparation table and begin to make a pizza without first washing his hands. When I got home with the pizza, it had a very large amount of sauce, making the bread wet and extra cheese, which I did not order. Obviously it tasted terrible. STAY AWAY!!!!

Horrible customer service. I pre-ordered and pre-paid online. App estimated 23 minutes. When I get to the store the screen says the order will be ready in 50-60min. I had to leave empty handed. The past few times food quality has been slipping and customer service is non existent. They completely ignore you and when they do acknowledge you they reply with a bad attitude and are rude. Calling the store is completely useless because they never answer, be prepared to be on hold forever.
Try other locations. This is certainly my last time ordering from this Hackensack store.

I live 5 minutes from the place but the order (just one pie) took 2 hours to get to me. The second tome I ordered, there is nothing on my pizza! I don’t know how this could have happened, but putting a plain dough into the oven and delivering it?

I ordered for carryout, they marked my order as “Ready for pickup“ when I got their it wasn’t ready. After a long wait they gave me my pizza but they forgot my bread bites. I asked them and they said they were going to do it now. I had to once again wait a long time while the pizza got cold. I told them if they can make the pizza fresh when they were prepping the breads, and they said no because “is good it will be warm”. I didn’t pay for semi warm pizza. The guy only said…”you want to speak to a manager”….this place should really just shut down, they have so many reviews like this one. The employees don’t care about your orders. Manager is no where to be seen. Domino’s really needs to close this location down.

Everytime we order it takes longer and longer. This time the tracker said delivery left at 8:16pm. The driver did not hand me my food until 9:05, and I live 2.5 blocks away. The tracker showed his car sitting in the same location for 20+ minutes. The driver told me he left the store around 8::45-8:50. They are the worst dominos in bergen county. youre better off not eating because they will find a way to ruin your meal
