If give a score of zf ftFirst time, last time…It was Lo Mein and I’m guessing sweet and soTERRIBLE!!!! I went to a website to see if they had vegetable fried rice , it said vegan. I was so happy. I was recently dealing with nausea and gut problems from prior antibiotics and unable to eat much. So I ordered plate veg fried rice, spring roll and crab Ragoon. My daughter ordered Sweet & Sour Chicken on a plate and crab Ragoon.
First we attempted calling it in. And she said. ‘We have a drive thru and prefer customers come here and order, then their food won’t be “old and cold’ “. Ok so Google says 11 min away. It took her an hour due to not being able to get out of area.
We were so hungry and excited to try a new place. First, no spring rolls, ok thres a big container of rice though. So I figured I’d just have rice. Opened it and there was a couple big pieces of broccoli and cabbage shoved down one side and egg in the rice. How is that vegan? The entire thing tasted like egg… Nobody else wanted it either after trying it. She opened her plate only to find her Lo Mein was UNDER her S & S chicken with all kinds of peppers, a bunch of other vegetables and Pineapple Lol. Yuck right? So she sifts through it because we are both so hungry. She tried.
So, all we really got was th 3 crab Ragoon which I had to use Sweet n Sour Sauce to eat. She got about 1/2 a plate and her 3 Crab Ragoon. All for $20.

As a frequent panda diner, I was excited to try this cool newly designed store in Wichita. Unfortunately, most tables were dirty, the trash cans were overflowing so that was a bad start. I ordered my normal sweet fire and Beijing bed with noodles and the beef was dry and nothing was even warm. On top of that when I got to the register I was told the soft drink machine was out of order so it was water or tea. Overall, the dirty store, cold food and no soft drinks made for a bad experience..

While we all typically enjoy Panda Express, visiting this particular location has been, by far, our worst experience at this restaurant chain. The staff was rude. One of the three young ladies who helped us this evening was initially mistaken as to my entree order and when kindly corrected, she began to motion to remove the entree from the plate while audibly sighing and quite obviously rolling her eyes. As the staff continued to rush us- although no one was in line behind us and we’d already stated that we weren’t all the way sure what all we wanted specifically- we finished paying for a more than $60 order. We went to seat ourselves, there were no clean tables. The food was barely warm, stale and bland.

I got food poisoning from this location, last night. Vomited so much 20x and it was coming out both ends. IVE NEVER been so sick from a place. The food didnt taste bad when eating it but its the only explanation. The food was clearly bad.

The thing I hate the most about Panda Express is seeing ten employees while only one helps the line of customers, and this place was no exception. An assembly line is supposed to be efficient, but it can’t be if one person is doing the whole thing.

I ordered food through the mobile app and they just can’t seem to get it right! I ordered 1/2 noodles and 1/2 greens and as you can see I got white rice and greens. I don’t like rice! And you don’t until you’ve left. I also asked for chili sauce in the special request since it is not listed with the other condiments. I asked if it was in the bag and she said no. DO THEY NOT READ THEIR OWN INSTRUCTIONS?

I don’t go to Panda Express often, simply because I have to be really craving it as the locations aren’t super close to where I live. However, I was shopping at the Greenwich Place and stopped in for lunch. Everything was fresh and the service was quick and friendly. I was surprised at how clean everything was, too. Members of the staff were seen actively wiping tables and sweeping while we were there. A team member even checked on us, which I’ve never experienced at a fast food restaurant before. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and the food hit the spot!

This place is amazing. The food was great and so was the service. I have had this place twice and it is now one of my favorite restaurants. It’s a decent price to pay for some great Chinese food, thanks! I recommend getting a play with double orange chicken, fried rice and a apple pie egg roll!
