We also offer all beef hot dogs, burgers, sandwiches, salads, kid’s meals, flavored soda, a minimum of 15 ice cream flavors, shakes, banana splits, floats, egg cremes, sundaes, brownie sundaes, cheesecake, retro candy, candy by the pound, and more! This little place is a perfect picture of nostalgia! So cute! And the food is so good. The 3 cheese grilled cheese was perfect, the Mac and cheese bites (there were a lot more before the picture ) so yummy, Caesar salad was large and fresh, grilled chicken delicious! We made a pit stop here on the way home. It has a super cute atmosphere! A lot of homemade trinkets, toys and crafts are available for sale, as well as the food! We stopped for lunch and it was the perfect place for a small meal.

Let me start by the fact that Im from Québec. My expectations for the poutine were pretty low. We took the Oh canada, wich is the regular and the spécial BBQ one.
It was AMAZING. DELICIOUS.
Cant give a 10/10 only because you guys keep your cheese curds in the fridg wich change everything on the texture.
If you want to have a real taste of this spécial Québécois meal you should totally try this place
Oh and… I havnt talk about the milkshake, the beignes and the brownies… everything is so tasty.
I would definetly go back

I visited Rays for the first time when you walk in you see these lovely booths and tables that look vintage I will give them that Atmosphere was nice. I was seated and my drink order was taken. Place wasn’t very busy when my food arrived it was a very small portion for what I was charged and very salty I didn’t try the poutine as I’ve never heard of it before. I will come back but I’ll need my blood pressure meds haha overall if portions were bigger price is good will try ice cream next time.

Great little diner / ice cream shop in downtown Covington, Virginia. We stopped here after spending a few days camping and fishing at Lake Moomaw. We ordered the banana split, the piña colada smoothie, and the brownie sundae. All were delicious. There are also lots of unique/ rare candies, toys, Lego figurines, and other items for sale. Very kid-friendly and a great place to stop with your family!

We found ourselves dining here while on a road trip and my goodness am I glad we did! The food was delicious. We had salads, boneless wings, and the Philly cheesesteak. The staff were so sweet and kind. It was my son’s birthday and they all sang to him! 10/10 would stop again.
