Pizza is better then pizza hut by far. I ordered 10 pizzas along with a couple other things. Iwent to my car to make sure i had everything as the store was packed. They forgot a couple things in my order which wasn’t a big deal with such a large order. I went back in the store and they gladly got me the stuff they were missing in my order. For how busy they were the staff all seemed to be in good spirits and verity accommodating.

Terrible experiences here lately. There is one dude working there that either absolutely hates his job or just hates life. They’re destroying handmade pans. Luckily, the GM, Whitney, is extremely kind and pleasant to deal with. I will say that, previous to the last 2 experiences, I haven’t had many complaints- outside of when Steven was absolutely butchering the pizzas, but I’d still take his handmade pans over the ones being produced now.

AWESOME JOB GUYS! Dylan delivered hot and cheesey pizzas, Parmesan bread bites, and chicken wings in a timely manner. The cheese pizza was actually cheesy the Parmesan breads were FABULOUS. THANK Y’ALL FOR YOUR HARD WORK.

It’s too bad people had bad experiences here because we made out great. When I ordered I missed a deal I could have got, and the guy working the counter made a suggestion that got me more stuff and saved me money, so win there. The guy was super friendly ! The food was ready in about 15 minutes. I could have gone back inside for pick up but someone walked the food out to my car which was nice. The food was cooked perfectly. I almost didn’t try this place because of the reviews, but we’ll definitely go back.

Update- since writing this i have only had good experience both with delivery and carry out. Nothing missing during deliveries either.
This store is a hit or miss multiple time now they forget the sauce cups(which you have to pay for) and the food doesn’t taste right. They will take forever to get your delivery to you as well. I would have left a 1 star but I had a wonderful experience with them as well. I had my food in less than 20 minutes(I believe) as well the food was just perfect. It was a 100% accurate order that came crazy fast. I couldn’t believe it… this is the kind of things that bring customers back.

The employees were great! Took care of.me.and my friends well! The customer service and hygiene of the staff are excellent, my walk in order was placed and received in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend for road trips or just a quick stop!

I called to complain about my order because the food was not made right. I am appreciative of the credit on the account, but the staff was so rude about the complaint, saying, “Our food is cooked on a conveyer it can’t be burnt.” But, yes, it can be burnt… the tot had nothing but bacon on them… no Parmesan sauce… no cheese… so, yes, without the moisture from those, the bacon and the tots burned, BUT the girl kept interrupting me, refusing to hear my complaint. Two of our chicken dishes were barely topped. I understand being understaffed, but you can correct mistakes by not knowing what they are.

Oh man have they gone downhill, used to have delicious pizza now it’s no better than a piece of cardboard with some watered down sauce and expired cheese on it. The manager is always rude and the other employees clearly hate their jobs. They make a mistake then refuse to make it right or even refund your money they’ll only give you back credit for another slab of mangled cardboard. Do not eat here there’s plenty of other pizza places in Waterville.

Me and a friend. We called Domino’s to try to order a pizza. They tried to give us some spiel about how they were closed because of daylight savings when it’s spring ahead and fall behind. We called at 1:15 in the morning. It’s really 12:15 based on what the worker was saying. They just don’t want to do their job and they’re lazy. They will probably make up some excuse and act like they’re stupid and they don’t realize that it was spring ahead and fall behind. They will probably tell the corporate office that they didn’t realize it was the opposite. But yeah can’t even get a pizza at 1:15 in the morning If they can’t get enough people to want to work, then they should just say that they should just say that they’re short-staffed that they have to close early. It doesn’t make any sense. 115 in the morning is not 2:15 like the guy was trying to say it’s 12:15 based on what he’s saying.
Never once heard of Domino’s ever changing their hours based on daylight savings. People just don’t want to work anymore hey, it is what it is
