I am VERY DISSATISFIED with the Creston Walmart Dominoes. I have in the past enjoyed their orders however tonight not only was the pizza delivered extremely late but when I asked the delivery driver how long it was supposed to take to get my pizza once it left the store she would not give me an answer and when I asked what her name was she would not tell me other than to say it’s on the ticket and call her manager stating I was rude. I called the store and the person who answered the call replied with they were short staffed and was doing multiple deliveries and depending on where I lived, it may have taken longer to get to me. When I got my pizza, I ordered square cut and got pie cut and it was so greasy. I couldn’t even enjoy eating the new Parmesan cheese crust and only ate one piece. When I stated, I was disappointed and doubt if I would eat at that store again, the person who answered the phone said that would be fine and don’t.

Very disappointed in the 2 medium stuff crust pizzas we ordered to take home for supper. Get home to Lenox so it was a drive prior to getting to eat our pizzas. Open up the boxes to NO stuff crust. Regular old crust but paid for STUFF CRUST price. Thanks for nothing….NOT WHAT WE ORDERED!!!!

The food taste great, the service was good. Being able to order through their app is really convenient. They just opened so I don’t expect them to be right on top of deliveries right away. You can’t expect a new place to open and deliver like they have been open for years. Compared to other pizza places in town except for Casey’s that deliver they are far better and the food is still hot. I think it will be a great restaurant for the Creston area. Their Philly sandwiches are just awesome.

I really like the new Domino’s in Walmart. They are fast, reliable and great quality. I like them even better after they fixed my order today. I was ordering a little too quickly which resulted in a couple pizzas being combined. After bringing this up the staff graciously remade the pizza I was originally ordering. Will definitely be returning!

Have had 4 different times where the order was made online and went to pick up and found out the toppings were wrong. Then had to wait 30-40 minutes each time for them to finally get it right! Poor management!

I ordered pizza and wings requested no mushrooms..45 minutes later when pizza was delivered it was barely warm and loaded with mushrooms. I immediatly called spoke with a manager who agreed to have our money refunded and a driver would bring it to us 2 1/2 hours later still no refundI called was put on hold for 24 minutes then got disconnected I called back on hold for 10 minutes more and no one came to the phone..Very poor Customer Service was a Dominos fan now im not wont go back againextremely dissatisfied.
