For the first time, I am reviewing just on the atmosphere and the anticipation on having lunch next week here. Looks very interesting and I will update after. The atmosphere looks great for a small casino.

Delicious ramen! Lots of customization options, I love that their gluten free option is actual rice noodles instead of gluten free noodles that some places use (these get clumpy and starchy after sitting in hot broth). The broth was super flavorful, as was the meat. Burners at the table work spectacularly (it will literally boil your ramen). Service was very kind. Bao buns and little dragon wings were a hit, too! Kids ate everything up and so did the adults!

Excellent source of sustenance while wishing your money back into your wallet. The tables have burners built in so you can make your noodle bowl even hotter!!

We love Jet Tila so when we found out Dragon Tiger Noodle Co had a location in Central City, we went! Sooo worth the drive from Denver. Wow. Birria bao were delicious! Udon noodle bowl with beef… yes, please!! Get the TIGER CORN!!! And believe it or not, the pumpkin cheesecake bao was an interesting surprise. I’ll be driving up in the future for more of this!! Worth the 45 minutes, even if its snowing and 20 degrees outside!!

We were supper hungry and looking for food and we stumbled across Cedar City with its many casinos and many other food places with waiting times and boring food. The food there was exactly what we wanted. We love Asian noodles and there were options to add veggies to the noodles and meat options and to make it spicy. The food came quickly and with helpful workers to answer any questions. So if you are visiting or driving from Denver to Moab and need a break, the drive up the mountain had more than just old time atmosphere and casinos but also some special food as well. We ended up staying at the nearby KOA for the night as well. I got the fire Ramen noodles, which were not super spicy but flavorful. A nice surprise that hit the spot.

5/29/23- Ever since I had heard that Jet Tila had opened this place I wanted to try it. If you don’t know he is a chief on the Food Network. It was about average for a noodle place. The broth was for the most part bland and I was expecting more from a place with a famous chief behind it. The pork and ramen egg were good. The staff were friendly and the place itself looked nice.

The broth was absolutely delicious! So flavorful. We had the tonkotsu with the rare steak and my boyfriend had the pork belly. I love the options of building your own soup with so many options. The egg was perfectly cooked and the service was phenomenal! Cannot wait to go back.

My favorite Ramen restraunt in Blackhawk/Central city. Affordable flavorful ramen! The noodle are freshly cooked in front of you and everything is simple to choose from. Just like.subway you pick your options as you go down the line. They have plenty of ramen favorites for the toppings and did not overcharge for them. They do have a few options for Extra charges such as the ramen egg which I did Include in my bowl. The service was friendly and fast. I was happy to pay $14 for everything. I did go on a monday afternoon* it was not busy at all. I will be coming back soon!

Finally checked out Dragon Tiger Noodle Co.
The ladies working were very helpful and pleasant. The ramen noodles are better than udon. Udon needs to soak longer I believe as they were a bit too tough. The broths are served out of what appears to be beer taps, but cleverly used. The beef broth is the star. Don’t let the dark color fool you. It isn’t too salty. Veggies were decent, but sad this isn’t closer to the metro area and have to drive all the way to Central City to get these. Decor is cute for a fast casual environment.

Had high hopes from a Jet Tila restaurant, but left sorely disappointed. Very cool idea a Subway like approach for Asian noodle bowls. At 6:30 p.m. the restaurant was all but empty.
We placed an order with a rather apathetic associate. The food looked nice, but that only takes you so far. The broth tasted like lightly flavored warm to cool water. The protein was flavorless. Noodles are noodles. So cold and flavorless meal. Shrimp was not fully cooked and mealy just the same. The gyoza never came so we had to ask where it was. Finally got them. The middle was good but the outside tasted stale. #jettila this one needs your attention.
