So first off the food was really great other than that the only issue that I had was the service the people that work late night shift aren’t very friendly I actually felt a hostile atmosphere as if because I was eating there they were mad I know it was 1 hour before close but if you don’t like your job get another one dude as one of the guys were sweeping I noticed that he was cleaning like very aggressively, he sat the broom down and then when he grabbed it again he yanked it plus he sat behind me and just stared at my wife which I found very weird it was kind of almost like can you guys hurry up and eat? Anyways the food was delicious but the staff could work towards better customer service and more friendliness.

My family and I enjoy the food. Tried the french fries, and did not disappoint. They were hot and crispy, would like a little more sauce for dunking. Placed the order online, my son went to pick up, and the server was finishing the order as soon as he walked in the door. This store never disappoints.

So I spent upwards of $50 on four sandwiches at this location. Two being the New York steamer. The person that ate the sandwich opened it up because she bit into pieces of fat. The whole sandwich was covered in fat, which made us look at the other sandwich, which too was covered with fat. We brought it to their attention. No one in this establishment seem to care. I’m aware that the meat in this sandwich does have SOME fat, but the whole sandwich was fat. They tried to convince us that the fat was a piece of cheese. Won’t be back and wish I could take my tip back. If you’re looking for a sandwich loaded with fat, choose the New York steamer.

I had such a great experience at this Firehouse Subs! The whole team was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Rafael in particular stood out he was so kind, upbeat, and really made the visit fun. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving customers a great experience, and his positive energy made my day. The whole crew worked together so well and created such a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location and highly recommend it! Also my meatball sub was amazing as always but sad because there’s no more celebration cookie ..

Firehouse is always a staple when it comes to a good sub sandwich. One of my favorites, Hook and Ladder is something I almost always get. The husband is always a fan of the Smokehouse brisket sandwich on wheat which is their version of a BBQ sub. Both are very good and if you combine the two you will get the (currently limited time offered flavor) The Smoking Triple Stack (photo provided on white bread). Which has all the meats mentioned in the previous sandwiches.
Sometimes the sandwiches don’t have as much meat to them and experience will vary. But most visits they are so good and always a great sub place when the craving strikes.
You can get them plain or as a combo with a drink and chips. This location has the nice cola machine where you can choose your own flavors. The place was clean and the people were friendly. I like to go between this location and Publix when I’m in the mood for a good sub sandwich. The photos don’t do the flavor justice, if you haven’t gave them a try you should!

I participate in firehouse rewards, so placing in app orders are convenient. I have dined in and picked up at this location. I love firehouse subs, but I feel like the temperature has been off the last couple times whether hot or cold. This time I got my birthday sub for free, and also ordered a soup combo, chips and a birthday sprinkle cookie. I ordered my sub with extra toasted bread and cold meat to eat tomorrow. I’m sure it will be good! Dustiest bag of Doritos I’ve ever seen.

Wonderful staff. The lady taking my order was patient. She made sure my onion allergy was know. Toward the end of the order she asked if I was splitting my order and would I like it in two baskets. I was splitting what I ordered and it was so nice of her to do that for me! I didn’t have to wait long for my food to be made. My other half, and I all enjoyed our sub very much!
