I go to this Five Guys about once a week to pick up three patty melts for my husband, and every single visit is a great experience. The moment I walk in, the staff recognizes me and already knows my order, which makes me feel so welcomed and appreciated. Everyone is consistently friendly, kind, and genuinely happy to help.
Today I also used the restroom, and I was honestly blown away—it was the cleanest restroom I’ve ever seen in any fast-food or regular restaurant. That really says a lot about how much pride they take in their location.
Between the consistently delicious food, outstanding service, and incredible cleanliness, this place truly stands out. I’m always impressed and will happily keep coming back!

One and half stars. There’s some consistency here. The buns on a $13 burger aren’t toasted and are squished. This seems to be the norm at Five Guys. It becomes incredibly soggy and everything breaks apart. Eating a sandwich shouldn’t be this messy. Fries are overly done. There’s clearly room for improvement here. We won’t be back.

Came for the milkshakes. They were tasty but I expected them to be creamier. I ordered a peanut butter and bacon shake. The bacon was not small enough to be sucked through the straw so they were atuck on the bottom. The peanut butter flavour was great though. The oreo was good too. The chocolate was as expected.
I like that you can order any variation of flavours to put in your shake. I think next time I will try a fruity combination.

Finally got to try the burgers here and they didn’t disappoint. Had a family dinner and ordered 6 different burgers including the small burger. They were all delicious and tasted fresh. Portion sizes were good. Everyone had a milkshake too and those were the perfect companion to a good burger. We had take out but the restaurant was really clean and bright. There’s boxes of roasted peanuts that are open with a scoop and a little bag so you can munch on those too if you want. As well the staff were attentive and welcoming.

The meat was juicy and pretty tasty, but the bun was disappointing—just an ordinary fast-food burger bun. Compared to Shake Shack, this burger had a slightly firmer bun. It’s something I’d only try once.
I completely forgot my friend’s reminder to order the small hamburger and ended up getting the regular size instead. I was way too full after finishing it.
I also ordered fries because I saw a video saying that if you order a small size, you actually get double the portion. It turned out to be true—the fries were so generous that I almost couldn’t finish them.
Lastly, I tried the “strawberry milkshake,” thinking it would be a safe choice. But honestly, I’m just not a fan of milkshakes.

We’ve been to Five Guys Burgers at other locations in the states. This location somehow had burgers that were less oily and less juicy. I actually enjoy a juicy burger from time to time. Cleanliness was an issue at this location. Felt like there was grease and syrup everywhere on the floors, chairs, tables, door handles, and counters. Of course, like any Five Guys, they had the boxes of peanuts in the dining area for customers to help themselves to. Overall, I was disappointed. Not as good as other locations.

Absolutely amazing staff and customer service, especially the cashier, Umesh. The food is super delicious and the service was extremely fast. It’s my first time at Five Guys in Canada and I love every bit of it. Such a great experience overall.
We got a Bacon Cheeseburger and a little cheeseburger along with a chocolate milkshake and a cookies n cream one too. You can put whatever toppings you like on the burger, free of cost. The music is great and the vibe is even better.

This is one of our regular spots for fast food burgers. We’ll drive across town to come here. The staff are friendly and efficient, which makes the whole experience smooth. My child absolutely loves the free peanuts while we wait for our order. He could probably fill up on those alone.
The burgers are solid. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and you can customize them however you want. You can even ask for extra bacon and there’s no additional cost! The fries come in those huge portions that always seem like too much but somehow we manage to finish them. The prices aren’t cheap, but given the quality and size, it feels reasonable compared to other places.
The location can get busy during dinner. Sometimes the wait is a bit longer than you’d expect for fast food, but the staff handle the rush pretty well. One thing that can be frustrating is when you order multiple items for different people, the food isn’t always clearly marked, so you have to figure out which burger is which.
It’s definitely a step up from typical fast food chains, though you do pay for that difference. If you’re looking for a straightforward, quality burger and don’t mind spending a bit more, this spot delivers consistently.

Sometimes the burger is good sometimes its bad and seems purposely overfilled with sauce. Sometimes the fries are not waayy over salted but most of the time they r.
These guys keep changing the size of the large fries.. somedays it comes with a extra scoop of fries someday it does not and only comes with enough fries to fill the cup they go in … I’ve mentioned it several times and they say this is how it is now.. every other five guys gives u a separate bag for large fries and there is always more fries then what fits in the cup. 4 times u guys ripped me off on large fries and then sometimes u guys will give the proper amount.
U guys r charging me over 7$ for large fries and giving me the same amount as a regular size order of fries.
The manager which I think is the tall guy with the glasses always seems like he doesn’t want to b there .. hes very condescending and this makes the whole experience unappealing… I haven’t been back in a while due to this. I don’t want to keep supporting a place that doesn’t want to be supported
The crazy part is on top of all of this almost every visit I’ve been I have caught them talking bad about customers in hindi . Mainly the manager. If I ask for anything outside of my order like not too much sauce on the burger the manager will make fun of the customer with his coworkers.
